This Persian restaurant was great! The servers were all great and were very attentive. I love my chicken kubideh. My spouse had his favorite, Zereshk Polo and he loved it too. We highly recommend this restaurant. It was very quiet inside, so I was actually able to hear myself talking.

I was finally able to eat here with my partner and it did not disappoint! It's tough to find really good Persian food around Orlando but this is where you need to go! We ordered the Chicken Koubideh and the Beef Koubideh and split a side of tahdig. Everything was AMAZING but the tahdig was a little too oily - you can probably stick with the saffron rice. Service was very attentive and quick - food came out fast as well. It was not buys inside but I can see that this place might get busy with larger parties and events based on the amount of available seating.

The food quality was very satisfactory, the rice was delicious.however, there were some discrepancies in the service. Several items were overlooked by the server, yet they were still included on the bill without any acknowledgment or apology.

The food was Fresh & Delicious! The staff was Friendly & Helpful with menu suggestions. They are in the process of redecorating but you wouldn't know it. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere & seating arrangement. Looking forward to going back & trying different dishes. The Kabobs were Especially Tasty! The portions are generous. Go & Enjoy!Parking: PlentifulWheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp right from the parking lot to the front door. Easy access.
The food is no doubt great. A single skewer of Chicken as part of the Jojeh platter is conservative. Lavas bread served is not the traditional Turkish Lavas. Unfortunately, the forced gratituty of 20% is uncalled for. Gratituty should always be at the customers discretion. I personally find forced gratituty offensive.
If you are looking for good service never eat here. I was always wondering why this place never got busy because the food is not bad but the people and service is horrible. They have no appreciation for loyal and long term customers. We used to celebrate out kids birthdays and family gatherings here for years. They have two eggplant dishes as an appetizer the waiters by mistake had placed the order for the dish we didn't want and we could not eat it, they would not exchange it for us saying that, that is the dish we ordered and we had to pay for it. They were willing to lose a loyal customer over a $10 appetizer.
