The cake or any other desserts are made in a bad quality and environment. They have used expired products and employees have try to take this to management but they don’t seem to care. Also temperatures are above what the products supposed to be made. And from what I heard they spotted a rat or two inside. Don’t recommend them for anything. If you won’t take my word from it, just ask some of the people that work there. Btw horrible treatment to the employees.
I've been using this company for all my special occasion cakes since 2012. They are all GREAT. We live in California, though, so the shipping can be prohibitive. Some of their cakes are sold through Neiman Marcus. The Chocolate Seduction Cake and the Milky Caramel Galaxy Cake are two of our favorites. You won't be disappointed! And, if you do call the company to place an order for delivery, the lady in the customer service department is amazing. Worth the price!

Don't be fooled, just because a dessert looks good doesn't mean the taste matches. Our company had a party and ordered a PEANUT BUTTER EXPLOSION CAKE and it was terrible, just terrible. Here's the description: Fudge brownie base, layered in peanut butter mousse, rich chocolate cake, topped with brownie chunks, peanut butter chips, and drizzled in fudge. Sounds good, huh? Well, sorry to burst your bubble but THE TEXTURE WAS RIDICULOUS GUMMY, almost glutinous. Maybe they were going for richness, but it was just beyond enjoyment. The texture even overwhelmed the low quality chocolate and peanut flavors. So many slices were doled out, but I saw many plates abandoned after just one bite. Annie's cake items are now distributed by the David's Cookies brand, so maybe quality has diminished as opposed to before? Not sure. This was my first and last time trying this product and will never place a personal order with them.
