Online says this location is open at 6am on Sunday. Waiting in the drive thru at 715 am only to be told by an employee in the parking lot that I have to come in and wait because no employees are currently in the building. Not really sure it’s appropriate for staff to be hanging out outside by their cars during business hours.

Waited for a while before cashier came to take my order since co-worker been busy dealing with other personal stuff. No employee smiles in here. I have no problem with that. But the comment with one of your employees is my issue. When I was ordering, your employee comment and said "she's already hyper before she even eats her donut" I cant help it and I finally told her that my daughter is not hyper and that she has a disability. Dunkin Donuts need to retrain employees and show more compassion. Im so disappointed since I come here often even though its not the best place to visit and it so happened this is the only close location I can go to.Kid-friendliness: Kids who are special needs

this is to be a great store but the customer service is awful they're rude and just don't care of the girls at the window are having a bad day you can expect them to dump their garbage on you and then sit the window and can't get anyone to come back just rude!!

Asked for a Mocha latte with the mocha syrup on the side (so I could pour it myself) and the ride lady told me “we don’t do that”. WE as in Dunkin Donuts or WE as in the people running the business? I ended up leaving. Ridiculous because if I am PAYING FOR A MOCHA LATTE, those ingredients are included. Just like your sub out oat milk for whole milk; etc. people just don’t want to work it seems. Better that I pour myself it instead of yall messing up my drink 3 times, which is why I ask for it on the side. Simple request. Reasons why Dunkin’s is declining in service literally everywhereee. Starbucks would never.The reviews below me don’t lie. They have low life people working these locations, makes you wonder how lousy they upkeep everything they’re serving based on their attitude on the mic.
