We love this restaurant, traditional wings are the best. The atmosphere is really enjoyable, tv's everywhere, me and my family eat here at least one's a week.

We were heading to a new local area and decided to stop for a quick meal beforehand, wandered through Ronald Reagan and stopped here around 7pm. It was pretty packed with families enjoying their Friday night. We pulled up at the bar since my best friend and I planned to get in and out fast. My stomach was acting up, so I went with a Ceasar salad with grilled chicken. My best friend did the chicken salad with fried chicken. Both salads came out in the wooden bowls and with a plastic knife. We had to request a fork, but I think the kitchen was just busy. The salad was good, about a full cup of chopped up, grilled chicken with a few croutons, and a sprinkling of parmesan cheese. Nothing out of this world, but it filled me up without upsetting my belly, so I was good. ($12). The service was good, my soda was filled quickly, and the food came out equally fast. While it was noisy, it was not annoyingly so. The servers shirts state this place is "known for its wings" but neither of us tried them so I have no idea.

This place truly makes the best wings in town. I'm hooked! They are made so perfect with exactly the right amount of everything. The staff is wonderful. Its hard to even identify any one staff member because they are all amazing. They demonstrate so much team work. I highly, highly recommend them.
Best wings in the known universe. And there fried zucchini is awesome.Personally I love the Monte Christo sandwich. And try out there buffalo shrimp. Yummm.My family and I have been faithful customers since the 90's when they first started out on Curry Ford Rd. and Primrose in the DMV shopping plaza where the old movie theater was across the street from where Clemmons produce once stood. That's taking it way back. So sit back and enjoy.
Ordered Mac and cheese bites which were very obviously just frozen Kraft style Mac, the burger was sent out over cooked then when we got it back it had zero seasoning on it to the point you could taste it everything that had been previously cooked on the grill and was just soaked in grease, the fries where soggy, soaked in grease to the point they stuck to the paper in the bin, finally the boneless wings breading was separated from the chicken like it was pre breaded frozen and everything fried tasted like it was in old oil.

The food at Papa Bee's is excellent. However, it is always very cold inside. The majority of patrons wear sweaters & jackets. The food gets cold very quickly. If you ask the servers why it's so cold, their response is that they don't know & they can't touch the thermostat. Best advice: get your food to go or bring a winter coat & be prepared to eat in a refrigerator.
