This was the worst pizza I've ever had. I love pizza and I can usually find some redeeming qualities in any pizza but this one was actually terrible. The sauce had no flavor, the bread was floppy and thin and tasted like cardboard. There was so much cheese and it tasted like plastic. It was really bad.

Folks Go somewhere else, save yourself the headache that I had just dealt with. Russo brothers down street little more money 20 times better, learned my lesson. App uninstalled see ya.

Ordered online at 6:15 PM requesting an 8:00 PM delivery. By 9:30 we still had no pizza. At some point after somebody came and left a pizza in the middle of the street. Not even to the sidewalk much less our door. Found it this morning with about a billion ants. Do not order from here.

The absolute worst. Ordered from them, paid extra for garlic sauce, delivery driver said they had none & were rude to her when she requested it. Received an email, offering me a discount on my next order right after the delivery.Two weeks later, I used my discount to order a new pizza. The driver had the worst attitude! She knocked on my door, by the time I grabbed my wallet to tip her, put my slippers on, she got upset. I found my pizza on the floor & she was waiting for “doordash timer so she could take a picture”. My pizza had no seal on it & there was a big chunk of tomato sauce in it as if she had touched the pizza… I inquired about the pizza box not having a seal & the box having the sauce on top it & she became very rude & defensive.I opened the box & the pizza was all tossed.Called the store, dealt with a rude manager who reluctantly decided to have my pizza redone. Decided to pick it.When I got to the store, she opened the box & decided that pizza looked fine to him. The doordash driver in question was there behaving like a complete fool ? and the new pizza was burnt.Save yourself the trouble & pick another store. They are all unhappy over there & go to work for the fun of messing with your food.They rude, disrespectful, unprofessional & everything undesirable!

Sent me a spinach and tomato pizza with no spinach or tomato on it and told me my replacement pizza delivery will take an hour.

I ordered a large cheese pizza and it took over an hour and 20 minutes for pick-up when the pick-up time when I ordered said that it would be 30-40 minutes. In fact, I waited in the store and was notified by the app that the pizza was ready for pickup when it hadn't even been assembled. There was only 1 person working and it took him 20 minutes just to come to the counter and acknowledge I was there just to tell me that the pizza hadn't even been assembled. The quality was great, as it was very fresh since I got it right out of the oven but the wait was unacceptable and the poor guy working was extremely overwhelmed. I will not return to this location.

Best Papa John's in the whole area! My order is always correct, the food is always fresh, and delivery is always on time.I asked for lots of extra pepperccinis, and they gave us all the peppercinis!!!Definitely ordering from here from now on. Thank you all who work here so much!!!!

Not sure what happened here. I ordered delivery tonight. Half of the ingredients were missing.WTF? I can understand that sometimes a restaurant may run out of things but if this happens just call the customer and ask if they would like to make substitutions. Don't just send over a defective product without even offering a discount.Yes , they charged my credit card the full amount and sent over a half ass pizza.

If I have to order delivery pizza, Papa John's is probably my go to. Idk what happened with the spinach on this particular order but usually they do not disappoint and I really like their Alfredo pizzas! Delivery is usually a reasonable amount of time and the delivery people are nice.

This is the 7th time we have had our order done wrong. We have called in and one time our order was cancelled and we weren't even notified and this time we got the wrong pizza. Was told that "we would receive a credit" but that doesn't help our dinner... Will not be ordering
