The elder manager or sandwich maker just terrible customer service, felt I was rushed out and poorly portioned with the vegetables. Basically just ate bread. Gave the sandwich to homeless and went to Publix.

Ordered online for 2 footlong subs. Order was cancelled and I did not get my money back. Shows the money being taken out on my bank app. Manager insists that there is nothing he can do. Not the first time they have also done this to my friend at this location. Not happy. I have 4 kids. I work a full time job. I doordash to make money to eat. This was my lunch for 4 days. Y’all really telling me i dont get my lunch and can’t get the money back either?

I haven't eaten at Subway in 2 years & now I remember why. Last time I got food poisoning & this time I ordered 2 subs. My bfs with jalapeno & mine without since I'm allergic. His had no jalapenos & mine did but didn't know it till I started eating it & I've hardly been able to stay out of the bathroom since & my mouth & stomach are still on fire almost a day later! Thanks for ruining my New Year's! The girls working there obviously weren't paying attention. They were too busy talking about one of their bfs in jail & them getting bond. Completely unprofessional. You gotta do better.

The manager on duty was making my order when I asked him to cook my onions for me he made a face and was very snooty about it. He also had no skill in how to prepare a wrap. He was barely putting toppings on it or on my friends sub. The other staff was very friendly but this manager shouldn't be working here.

Ordered 2 Subs and 2 bags of chips for pickup, I received both subs but 1 bag of chips. Even tipped a few bucks to ensure that whoever put the order together would double check it, as I was in a hurry and didnt have time. Subs are always good, however, I wish that when I place an order, I don't have to double check someone else's work. No point in tipping fast food places if the service never changes.

I don't usually post reviews, and I don't even wanna give this place a single star. There was a long line, to be expected at lunch time, and the two employees were acting like it was such an inconvenience. God forbid they have to work for their money. 4 more customers walked in behind me and the manager, who looks like he should've retired a long time ago, LOUDLY goes "ughhhhh" in front of everyone. The woman on the register Alyssa looked miserable and was rushing the customers as they were paying, being super rude about it. If you hate your job, work somewhere else. Customers pay for yall to have a livelihood by keeping you in business and yall wanna act like that? I'll spend my money somewhere else. Just miserable....

Manager or whoever he is. Can’t even begin to explain how nasty this man is. Every single time I come in he’s being nasty to someone unless they are a regular. Including his employees. This is the 8th time I have had a bad experience with this man. Spanish lady tried ordering and he didn’t let her finish before commanding his Spanish employee to take care of their order when she was busy. Ignored me today to take someone else’s order that’s apparently a regular before me. I refuse to let that man make my food ever. I asked someone else to make my food and he started cracking up in my face. Which is fine, but unprofessional. Horrendous attitude. If you don’t answer quick enough what you want, he repeats very loudly back at you multiple times. He had his employees working in the “winter” (we all know FL winter ends mid day, 80 degrees out. 86 in the resrtutaunt) and wouldn’t let them turn down the thermostat. And I only know this because the I asked and the poor employee was miserable on the verge of tears asking me to call their corporate office to report him. Just disgusting man. Highly recommend secret shopping him. Not someone you want as the face of your business. Will be finding his name to make a more accurate review. Disgusting man. And I have receipts.

I would highly recommend her for a management position due to caring personality, her customer service is what made my food fantastic from a long day at the hospital which is highly tense!I thank her??‍⚕️♥️

Unless you are a vegetarian don't go there, they charge you $12 for a sandwich and give you no meat, I will never go there again, you get charged for nothing, worse sandwiches I have ever had seriously!
