I walked into this location and it was empty. I saw the empty chair in the back and figured the employees were in the bathroom or on a break. I waited for 12 minutes, said hello and tried calling the store. No employees to be found. I understand being short staffed or being the only one there but at least put a sign up stating that and when you're expected back please.

The meatball sub was excellent but I brought it down to three stars because I had taken two of the cookies and one churro home. None of them was baked or poorly baked. It was all doughy. The churro I tried first and I spit it out the window out of my car it was so nasty! Like a big dough ball I try to get a piece of the cookie at the light and it was like putting my finger on raw dough. So I tore a piece off anyway because I wanted something sweet. It was like eating dough out of a bowl. I took it home and put it in the oven to bake. I thought it would be good.... No even though I baked the cookie and it got where it's supposed to be as a cookie not soft and not real hard. I had a couple pieces and later on I had the worst cramps ever. I don't know if it was because of the dough with the eggs in it and everything that it wasn't baked properly to begin with had made me sick. I've had cramps for 2 days now. I did not eat anything else but the sub and part of the cookie. It took about an hour and I was in the bathroom! And all night long! I don't believe it was the meatball sub but the nasty overpriced cookie. I thought the cookies were the same price as a churro that is why I bought them. No they were $5 a piece! I think I will stick with my own Subway by my house just in case

I can't say enough good things about my experience at Subway, all thanks to the incredible service provided by Anthony. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm that immediately brightened my day.Not only did Anthony take my order efficiently, he also went above and beyond to ensure that I got exactly what I wanted. For the longest, I have been trying to get my hands on the footlong cookie. Each time I come to a Subway, they've either just sold the last one or are in the middle of thawing out more cookies. A process that I've been told, takes 4 hours. But this review isn't about the food – it was the kindness and positivity that Anthony brought to the entire experience. He made me feel valued as a customer and genuinely appreciated my business.I visit this location and another one about a mile and a half away from here, but after meeting Anthony, this has become my prime location. Thanks again to Anthony for making my night! I finally get to try the footlong cookie!! ??

I came in with 5 month old daughter and was cheerfully greeted by an employee. I forgot to submit the payment for my mobile order and did it after I arrived. The employee got to work on it right away. She was so fast at putting together my subs. She insisted on helping me carry my food out to my car because I had my baby in a car seat carrier. Mia truly goes above & beyond for her customers and genuinely cares about their experience.

While parking, I noticed a man outside this Subway, a slender individual with black hair, fair skin, and of average height, smoking with his back turned toward the parking lot, seemingly trying to conceal his actions. Upon my arrival, he promptly proceeded to fulfill orders without washing his hands or wearing gloves. Patiently waiting for him to complete his current order, I politely requested that he wash his hands and wear gloves before preparing my order. In response, he stared at me silently for a few moments, his eyes suggesting aggression. However, he eventually complied by washing his hands and wearing gloves. Furthermore, he failed to wear any head covering to prevent hair from contaminating the food. This individual appeared unstable and potentially dangerous to customers. After seeing the look in his eyes, I felt genuinely afraid for my safety. Consequently, I chose not to eat the sandwich. Avoid this place at all costs.

I get it, she’s trying to run a business with as few people as possible. One day no ice for the drinks, the cashier could have said something prior to ringing me up. One day no flat bread and nothing but white and wheat bread. I’m a fan of subway because of the meats and flatbread. Long live the flatbread sandwiches!

I was welcomed by an employee singing the Subway song. Very nice greeting. Corey helped me build my sandwich and was super helpful, well informed and personable. Thanks for representing Subway.

The food was AMAZING. Service is impeccable. The ambiance is really good music, and a clean restaurant. Very friendly staff.

This is the worst managed Subway I've ever been to. Firstly, a few months ago, I came in and ordered a sandwich and grabbed a bag of chips. I noticed the bag of chips was expired by two months, so I showed the sandwich artist, and he immediately removed all of that type of chip from the rack. Well, I came in a couple of days later, and the same chips had been put back on the rack! Then, at least every other visit since then, they've been out of white/Italian bread. I usually come in between 8-8:15 PM, and they are open until 10 PM. They should still have white bread when I come in at 8-ish. Finally, I've gone twice in the last two weeks, and when I went to open the door, it's been locked. So the girl working comes to the door and unlocks it and proceeds to tell me their system is down so they had to close down. I really feel if the franchisee can't afford to keep the place up properly, he needs to sell it! I really like Subway, and I always go to this one because it's the only restaurant in the vicinity of my son's gym and he always wants Subway on our one night a week that we eat out. Unfortunately, this particular store is not working out for us. It's really intolerable.

Very busy at lunch time, but the two ladies there today were really fast and friendly. I ordered online, had a problem with my order and they fix it right away, and explained what happened. Food was fresh and delicious

Very poorly run. When I pass by late at night, I see the OPEN led sign on and all the lights on, I pull into the parking lot and look in and the lights are off in the back but nobody was inside. When I came by the next afternoon, I was met with a rude employee. I first started ordering my sandwich, 1', Italian herb & cheese, turkey. I then asked if I could get bacon, but instead of the whole sandwich being toasted, I just wanted the bacon toasted which I made clear. I was immediately met with a dismissive response; "Ok" and I'm not sure if he knew what I meant because he wasn't putting bacon on my sandwich, so I explained what I meant differently. He then mumbles "Yes sir I already know what you meant", I said "I'm sorry, what did you say?" He then says, loudly, the same thing he just mumbled, again dismissing exactly what I said. He finally puts the bacon in the oven, pulls it out, aggressively slaps the bacon on the sandwich, halfway hanging out of the sandwich. I was already getting a little annoyed at this point because of how poorly my sandwich was being made. Next, he asks what vegetables and sauces I want, I asked for olives and onions and he puts at least three olives and one onion on my sandwich. Finally, at the register I was considering or not whether or not I should've ordered from this Subway in the first place. I then ask him if I could get a large fountain drink, he doesn't hear me and just charges me for the sandwich, I ask if I could get a fountain drink and under his breath, he mumbles, "Oh my god", and charges me for the fountain drink and I pay. The fountain drink cups were not displayed next to the register and I ask him where they are and he again, says, "Oh my god" and points in a secluded corner where the cups are. I take one, goto the fountain drink machine and fill up my cup just to find out there are no lids for a large fountain drink. This Subway is very poorly ran but, the place looks great, organized well and is very clean. The workers are just lazy, ignorant, and rude. I will not be coming back.

Order online an when I arrive at the store my order wasn't ready. Plus another costumer was waiting on his online order. Very upset the guy was. To the owner, if you can provide a good service and have enough employees, don't open the store.
