Hard to get to from north bound Reagan Blvd. Hard to leave on SR434 westbound. Even though almost nobody patronizing and no one in line ar registers we were asked to use kiosk to order. The menu choices are numbered on overhead menu. On kiosk the items aren’t numbered so you have to scan down reading all to find your choices. It was 7:30 pm and fewrer than 6 people it took a long time to get order. We are vegetarian so had beans on Mexican Pizza and tacos instead of beef. Beans had clearly been sitting for long and were thick and crumbly. All they had to do was add some water to revive the beans. Thick crusty beans in the tacos, Almost no sauce or cheese and thick pile of beans in center of pizza with none on the rest of the stale tortilla. This was truly the worst food presentation at a Taco Bell I’ve ever experienced.

We literally waited 15 minutes for our dine-in order. It’s like they completely ignored everyone inside the restaurant and only filled the drive-through orders for 13 minutes before even attempting the dine-in orders. I literally saw cars pulling into the line after placing my order, and I saw those same cars leaving with their food no more than 5 minutes later. Fast food? Not a chance…

Got my order wrong. And the over weight black lady working the drive thru on 02/19/24 was very unpleasant and flat out rude when I asked for sauce cause it wasn’t offered to me she rolled her eyes as if I was the inconvenience. If you hate your job that much and are that miserable you shouldn’t be working in food service. It’s always something with this particular Taco Bell.

I was one of two people in the lobby And they only had 1 or 2 cars every 7 or 10 minutes. Not that busy be Honest with you. I ordered 2 taco supreams, no lettuce no tomatoes extra cheese and extra sour cream. One of the tacos had beef the other had black beans. So I went up to the counter to get some help and It just so happens. The only other person in the lobby with me needed help as well.It took the five or six people Working about seven minutes to notice us after I raised my voice. When I mentioned to the supposed manager that the one taco had black beans instead of beef. She informed me that I ordered black beans on both of them. Apparently accidentally which I apologized for because that was my fault. However, if that was the case she still messed it up because the other one had Beef. She had a not pleasant look on her face. She was rude.And the other patron in the lobby with me agreed when I said I would never come back here again. I could hear the musical foul language.And they were too busy on their phones

Not during lunch rush!Not 1 clean table, no cashier, no receipt, no way to pay with cash, no name tags, RUDE person who brought the order to me.Won't be back even though the food wad ok. Terrible experience.

This Taco Bell Has Horrible Management Horrible Staff and makes horrible food. The whole staff needs to be replaced ASAP. They have messed up my family order every week for 2 months straight please replace/fire everyone thanks or even better boycott the Taco Bell on Regan Blvd asap.They ignore my calls 5 times 6until finally answered just to say. The Taco. Bell script Once she found out she hung up on me and never picked up again so now I'm here writing hopefully upper management corporate reads this!

Dude I swear EVERYTIME I have come here they have got my order wrong. But TONIGHT? Man, these people need a raise! I mean, seriously!!! They got EVERYTHING right! From my add ons to EVERYTHING actually being in the bag. I didn’t even care we had to go in to pick it up! BALLER SERVICE! U guys did EXCELLENT!
