It's a simple business model. They don't try to do too much; it's just ice cream. It's quite yummy and at a reasonable price. The staff is always super friendly. We take the kids every Friday after school.

The ice cream is good. I enjoyed the Reese cup twirl. The service was lacking as they initially handed us the wrong twirl first. We had to call out multiple times to get their attention about it. They seemed too wrapped up in their conversation to listen to us.I'd back for the ice cream and ease of the drive through.

I changed from 2 stars to 1 because I went there twice this week and both times they missed my order up.Once thru the walk up and once through drive thru. I'm convinced they don't listen because each time I ordered 3 items. And each time they messed my order up.The first time they messed my order up. The woman at the window caught an attitude because I asked her to fix it.The second time they messed my order up I didn't ask for then to fix it because I didn't feel like repeating myself.PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE ORDERING.

I loved sitting here with my son just enjoying the peace and nice breeze while we ate our ice-cream cones. Of course the quality of their ice cream and freshness of their cones is always perfection. Also the lady who took our order was super friendly.

Went there tonight for my son's birthday. We stood outside for 10 minutes while the 3 employees inside decided to ignore us. They walked past the window multiple times choosing to avoid eye contact with us pesky customers. They just continued to service the drive through, car after car. Multiple cars that pulled in after we had been standing there.Thanks specifically to the 3 Twistee Treat employees for being that way on my son's birthday. I would say you ruined it. But we made our way down the road to Jack the Dipper where the customer service, atmosphere, and ice cream choices are better overall any way.Makes it an easy choice to make our next ice cream outing anything other than Twistee Treat.
