Tremendous rubbish, I order two number 7 triple meat and they come out with some simple ones, all cold and without shame, after that they charged me 9 dollars more for the extra meat when the fault was theirs, no wonder it was so empty at lunch time, they are some incompetent...

I got a fish sandwich fries and a fountain drink at "medium" size and paid 13 dollars. Divide 13 by 3 items so ... are the fries worth 4.33... is the drink worth the price of a 12 cans at the grocery... maybe the sandwich is worth 4.33, but I bet it was more expensive. I wouldn't know because there was no prices above the counter and at 12pm they still had the breakfast menu up above the counter.

Menú have a price and they charge you another quantity when I told the employees he said ( the computer said the price) I told him the menu out side said something different. I also handed the employee a previous recipe with the total and he told ok that’s fine and when he was about to charge me the manager show up and stated that the prices were like that because Wendy’s international and the the employees charge my card for a unauthorized balance. Long story short manager stated the he will collect the employee for the mistake ? I don’t want to imagine working for a guy like that.

And this place has no concern for its customers. They made my whole order incorrect, didn’t notice it until on I four. I did look up the number on the receipt and called multiple times and got a busy signal. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all. I was the only car in the line. When I approach the window to pay for my food, one car pulled up behind me. I told him that I wanted my order and I have Pacific instructions and I said it in a nice manner possible. I just find it blatant disrespectful to not do anything that I ask for in accordance with what I want it on my sandwich. I’ll give you guys a minus you don’t even register on the board.

I've been a wendy's regular for I don't know how many years it's sadness me to have to leave but it is not worth what I pay.Wheelchair accessibility: Bad entry ramp. Saw an elderly woman fall add bloodied her forehead.

Salome, a young Spanish girl, provided exceptional service when she took my order at around 7 pm tonight. Her attitude was amazing and her speed was impressive. She was extremely customer-friendly. In contrast, the attitude at another Wendy's location. I highly appreciate the service I received at this particular location. I believe Salome deserves a rating of 10 stars, although the system does not allow for it.

I usually order Wendy's through a third party delivery service and rarely make the daring decision to go through the drive-thru. This location in particular has a very backed up drive through, especially on weekends and during rush hour. It's probably because it is right off of State Road 436 and the I-4 entrance/exit, as well as directly across from cranes roost Park and the shopping centers that surround it. I will warn you, however, that after 12:00 a.m., although the restaurant is still open, do not expect to get the quality of service or food that you get during the busy times. I've wasted a lot of money and time ordering items such as baked potatoes, chilli, salads,and frosties which never arrived...if ordered anywhere close to 12:00 a.m.-close. They stop making these items for some reason, so what they have left from during the day is kept, on a heater if your lucky, until it sells out. Meaning, if you are lucky enough to get the item you ordered, it most likely won't be fresh.That being said, the inside of this Wendy's is always very clean and the store associates run a tight ship during the day.Vegetarian options: You can check the menu and each items ingredients and nutrition facts on their website by downloading a PDF file with all of the information prior to dining if you want to make sure that the item you are interested in purchasing follows your vegetarian or vegan diet. I do know they have plenty of salads as well as a few other items that are vegetarian friendly.Dietary restrictions: I believe they have a few gluten-free options, vegetarian friendly options, and kids menu, and if you sugar free/"healthier" style menu items for those that are on a diet or have a diet restriction.Parking: A drive-thru that gets pretty busy, but they have handicap parking available as well as a free, decently size parking lot.Kid-friendliness: They have a decent kid's menu with pretty fair prices and options. Inside the restaurant, it is your typical fast food joint.. pretty family-friendly. High chairs are also availableWheelchair accessibility: They have handicap parking, ramps on the sidewalk, and they are located on the first floor so there is no stairs or steps to worry about.
