Good tasting food but the take out quantity seems light. Size of the containers are normal but the vegetables and meats in the curry dishes have more liquid than substance.

Having had delicious Thai food in Los Angeles for many years, never thought we would find it here. Malakhor Cafe fis a gem!Five stars ????? is not enough.Next thing we know, they open a second express location in our little town. Takeout right up the road. How did we get so lucky? Best food. Large portions. The Massaman coconut curry sauce is addicting.

Recently moved to Westlake and I was very happy to see a Thai restaurant open for lunch. Today I went here for the first time not knowing what to expect. I ordered Cashew Nut Chicken - 10 Stars or Thai hot . Most places don’t really make it spicy at all but to my surprise, I got PRECISELY the right amount of spice that I enjoy! The food was excellent with a good portion of chicken and an assortment of vegetables. This seems to be more of a Take Out place but they do have a good number of tables where you can dine in, which I did, along with a lot of other people between 12:30 and 1:30.My biggest disappointment was that, for the Lunch Menu price of $11.95, there was NO choice of salad or soup and spring roll. Other area restaurants (namely Peppermint Thai on Okeechobee) offers full service, and option of salads or soup, for only $7.99! In order to compete, the order needs to consider lowering the lunch price by $3, at least. Lower the price and I’ll give you 5-Stars!Overall, I was very satisfied - good service, good food, good location, but too high of a price for what you get.

This place has the best sushi. It is a great hole in the wall place. All the food is great but the sushi is superb.

I recently ordered from Malakor, a Thai restaurant we've tried before. While living out west in Palm Beach County limits our dining options, our experiences have generally been okay but not exceptional. Unfortunately, my recent order of the seafood combo, featuring shrimp, squid, and scallops, was not up to par. Instead of the expected dish from the entree option I received green curry, a pleasant surprise due to its delicious sauce. However, the downside was the absence of scallops and a deviation from my original order. This inconsistency in service and missing ingredients is disheartening. In the post-COVID era, it seems some restaurants are compromising on quality. I hope Malakor takes note and improves to meet customer expectations once again.

Disappointing experience with delivery order. No rice sent with curry & only a couple pieces of chicken, 2 thin strips of avocado , 3 chunks of some other vegetable. When called the restaurant to inquire about rice as I had paid for delivery was told that I could come pick up. Terrible customer service & food experience.
