The *rudest* customer service interaction I have experienced in a while. I roll up to the intercom to order in the drive thru and I can barely hear the guy over the speaker, but from the get go he wasn’t friendly, couldn’t have been less enthusiastic about helping me, and started this whole interaction by saying “Give me a minute.” No “Hello, welcome to Wendy’s,” or “Hi, could you hold on for one second please?” When I finally did order I asked for a small fry and a small cheeseburger with nothing on it except cheese and onions, and when I pulled up to retrieve my order, he wordlessly handed me my bag, took my credit card from me, closed the window and started to assemble two frosties instead of just charging my credit card and giving it back to me (there was only one other person in the drive thru behind me). Then when he opened the window to give me back my credit card, he didn’t say anything again. Oh, and my burger had *everything* on it. It’s really not that hard to remember “only cheese and onion,” but I guess when you don’t care about your job, you tend to make mistakes like that.

Really enjoyed their breakfast options and was satisfied with their food quality. Staff was quick and efficient with service; quite polite too. Haven't visited often, but this location has some promise for future returns.

I'm not sure why this place has so many negative ratings; it's fantastic!

We tried the fish sandwich. It had romaine lettuce o cheese and we asked for tartar sauce on the side. The fish sandwich was hot and crispy ?. It was made fresh and had a good flavor. The tartar sauce wasnt special but it was satisfactory. Way better than other fish sandwiches from arbys or mcdonalds. 5/5 would try it again.

Drive threw experience Pulled up asked for the number 10 the Lady on the intercom kept say number one for daves single when corrected it took 3 times for her to understand the chicken asiago ranch. Ordered the remainder of our order assumed competency and when I pulled out I realized they did not give any Chicken asiago ranch even though she asked what chicken. I had to pull back around wait in the line again as my youngest son did not have shoes on and wasnt feeling well. Of course while waiting he had to go to the bathroom and I could move to even take him inside because I was trapped in the 2nd drive threw line. Competency is key. Do not suggest this in a pinch.
It was sad to see my bright-skinned daughter receive more attention than my "Brown coffee" baby girl... And I'm standing right there??♀️People these days... Now, y'all should know me better than that... I'm going to say something!

I like this particular Wendy’s. It feels comfortable here. The drive through usually goes pretty fast. I miss some of the staff that used to work here but hope they moved onto better things. The food tastes good and always seems fresh.

I frequent this particular Wendy's, mainly due to convenience as on my way home from my internship, it's directly on the right before and adjacent (via plaza) to two intersections on my route. The staff has always been kind and helpful over my many trips; also of note, the service has been outstanding. The only possible complaint, to be legitimate, would be a problem shared by any business that does their business well. During peak hours for meals, there can be a long line. Even with that possibility, I've never had to wait half the time that I've spent on every single Chic-fil-a drive through I have ever made. Well done and Kudos to Dave's daughter's place!

All I'm going to say is if you go here and you have a chance to meet with Barbara, she was in the drive-thru window when I went, she is such a pleasure and breath of fresh air. I go to McDonald's all the time and their attitudes are always rude They don't say hi bye or kiss my you know what. But Barbara she said taste The drink I made it real good. She actually cared about what she was doing. This was a welcoming experience versus other fast food restaurants. Thank you Barbara!!
