Came on weekend with family before I went into lion safari 2 weekends ago not a good experience. Ordered 4 biggie bags asked for everything fresh . After waiting nuggets were hard as card board and missing fries out of two meals . Tried new Cinnabon not fresh at all! I will not be back at this location . Upsetting when you ask for fresh food wait and still cold .
I usually avoid this Wendy's as the service is the ABSOLUTE worst on the planet. I ended up here because we were hungry and wanted someplace quick. This was NOT the right choice. 1 group ahead and they still took forever. This place gives Wendy's a HORRIBLE name and should be shut down!! As usual they messed up the order on top of it all. EXTREME INCOMPETENCE
