Very unkind team. Was picking an order and team was annoyed that I was there, my order couldn’t be locate and they made fun of the fact. They were not helpful at all (particularly the one woman). Worst experience ever, and my order was incorrect. Did not get two fish sandwiches. Ended up with two chicken sandwiches instead. Please correct with team, if they don’t like working with people. They shouldn’t work there.

Manglagrmeny is ON POINT!Loved the gyro meal, and the service was personalized and comfortable in its feel today.
Ordered my meals in the drive thru. I ordered 2 large meals. When i pulled up to pay they had the wrong size drinks. He corrected that for me. I ordered a double cheddar roast beef sandwich and when i got home the sandwich was the regular which had very little meat. The fries were supposed to be large crinkle cut, when i opened the bag there was a small crinkle and small curly. I never ordered the curly. Fries were ice cold. (As a side note) the worker inside had his pants almost to his knees and his boxers were fully visible, doesn't seem appropriate in a food establishment.

The lady at that counter was rude and didn't even acknowledge me while I stood at the counter I had a question and was trying to flag her down but she disappeared. Then I heard make the comment that she didn't care if that white guy didn't get his food. She messed with monitor and was just a plain mean person. Look folks life is short yes it can suck but let's smile and try to make the world a happier friendly place. There is no more customer service.
I was at this Arbys location today having my meal, when suddenly I heard one of the employees shouting across the register yelling and cursing while there was customers and it seemed like she was taking an order through the drive through window. I was very confused as to whom she was yelling at since there was no interaction before that. It made me feel very uncomfortable and scared. I was able to notice that she was yelling at a customer who was sitting down at one of the tables. This was very unprofessional and this place lacks work ethic.

We went thru the drive thru 07:30 pm Sunday 10/29/2023. We ordered a Crispy Chicken Bacon Wrap meal and original Roast Beef and Cheddar sandwich. As we were pulling away I tried a crinkle fry. Yikes, dry, hard and cold. We pulled over and took them back. The young girl behind the counter says "I don't understand, they are only 5 minutes out". I didn't want a confrontation, but obviously that was not true. When we were home my wife ate her Beef And Cheddar she commented on how little meat was on her sandwich, far less than half the usual amount. My Crispy Chicken Bacon Wrap was not Crispy, the lettuce was not fresh and there was less than a slice of bacon. I did find a few pieces of bacon. So, it wasn't forgotten. Just sparce. This store is in deep trouble. We also asked for a recipt, which could not be provided!

Tried ARBY's new Philly Cheese Steak sandwich - the standard - not the upgraded one.Probably the worst Philly cheese steak I've ever eaten. Could not finish (maybe that's good - I don't need the extra calories!)I was interested from a recent commercial - touting ARBY's new CHEESE STEAK and from the photos - went out of my way to go to ARBY's!Big MistakeSadly no green peppers, no tomatoes, cheese was watery, steak was small pieces. Could not finish - no sense adding calories and not enjoying the food.My partner got a typical BEEF AND CHEDDAR which was her preference and it was just fine.FRIES? Crinkle-cut fries wire pretty tasteless.I'd have filled out the complaint form, but you need the store number and other info from the receipt, but I threw it away with the cheese steak!
