Reviewing the blaze on 54 and Sunlake only. Picked up an online order tonight only to get home and find it doesn’t have all the toppings on requested, cheese wasn’t melted, pizza wasn’t cut, brown lettuce in ceasar salad and no ranch on the side, instead spilled over half the pizza. Then I go to try to review with the link via email they sent and that doesn’t work. Try to go online to review, those links don’t work. Search multiple other ways to contact someone, none of the links work. Apparently this is an ongoing issue at this location and it’s only made worse by the fact there’s no adults working there to get things in order. This could be a decent establishment if there was proper management and quality control.

I won’t bash this place, just won’t spend money here again. If I wanted burnt pizza I simply would’ve selected well done. Sauce also was tasteless.

This is a Friday night family love affair. We love coming here because the prices are affordable, the pizza is made fresh and always hot, and they have amazing fresh salads. If I had a complaint it would be it's cold inside. If you are dining in, bring a sweater or something to keep you warm. You're better off eating outside.

I was waiting for my pizza and I see what I'm assuming is one of the managers, a guy in glasses with frizzy hair, talking to an employee. I can hear everything. The conversation is disgusting. I'm just disappointed. You know where you are. You certainly realize customers are nearby. I didn't want to hear that and I'm sure the others that could hear felt the same as me. Please get it together at this location. We have been here multiple times now and we are always left with a bad taste.
Ordered delivery and got the worst food delivered. Undercooked when asked for well done. Kids pizza was the size of my hand and weights less than the box it came in. Don’t even bother.

These personal pizzas are great! Absolutely delicious!!! Ordering online is so easy and when you go to pick up your order you just go right up to the front and don’t have to wait in line! Think chipotle concept but with pizza toppings. I can’t believe we haven’t tried it until now! We will definitely be back!
