I got in line for lunch and after 10 minutes it was announced that the pin pad was down which would take at least 10 minutes to reset. I waited a few more minutes until I could get an assembly person's attention and asked if those who are paying with cash could order their meals. The answer? A classic "I have no idea." I love your menu, Chipotle, but not worth the aggravation at this location.

They need to clean. Dirty tables. Floors full of trash. Bathrooms not stocked. Lots of workers but no one cleaning the dining area. If they do not clean what you see then they definitely are not cleaning what you do not see. Poor Management to allow a restaurant to not be cleaned.

Waited in a line for 15 minutes to find out they don't have, half of there supplies. It's 7 O' Clock. The least you guys could do is put a sign on the door, to notify people. Instead I get to leave hungry! Thanks Chipotle.

I definitely would pass this location up the line is always out the door like a 30 minute wait and they are always out of stuff i waited in line 30 minutes get to front order 3 hard tacos they don’t have shells so then i request a bowl they don’t have onions this place is ghetto and terrible stay away

I usually don’t leave bad reviews, as I have worked in the retail industry, but I felt this was needed. Reviews can also be a way to make changes as needed and learn from mistakes. Today I asked if my burrito could be reheated, as this is something I’ve done everywhere. An employee helping me, was right off the bat rude and said she was going to get the manager. The manager explained it was not possible and I completely understood. What threw me off guard was the tone of voice from the employee and how she acted towards me. She gave me attitude even though I was perfectly okay with the response. I was with other people and they really did not like how she approached it either. Therefore, the food was okay but the service was not okay. I get that days can be extremely hard and customers can be challenging. But I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning to this location. Please educated employees on customer service etiquette.

The seal (sticker) goes over the opening of the bag after you fold it. The seal isn't for the side of the bag or any other area of the bag other than the opening of the bag after you fold the bag. I have ordered from this location via GRUBHUB and too many times the seal has not been used properly. Ya'll ok over there?
