My son and I went through the drive thru and had the nicest lady take care of us! She gave us a “pup cup” for our doggie, which I wasn’t expecting and just went above and beyond! She had a huge smile and really made our day! I don’t know her name, but we will go out of our way to come back to this Dunkin from now on if possible.
I just got done picking up my items and was in the parking lot when one of the employees (a blond woman) came out and started yelling at another employee in the middle of the parking lot. Not sure what was going on but I’m pretty sure that’s not the way it should be handled.
