I visit every morning. Online that time they open is written as 4:30 AM. they are not open at 4:30 AM they open at 5 AM. But more often than not they are not open at 5 AM. In the last 2 months I believe they've only been open 4 times that I've gone by at 5 AM. I love the coffee and I love the people that work there but I don't like the lack of consistency of hours. This was one of the strangest DDs I've ever been to. They didn't have flavor shots, like at all... They only had the swirl stuff. So I couldn't get a French vanilla iced coffee... Only a French vanilla swirl which I don't like. It's too sweet & doesn't taste like French vanilla to me.Anyway, that was extremely disappointing but the staff was awesome and offered to let me try something else and see if I liked it. The staff was friendly and the order was accurate, however, the cream filled chocolate frosted (headlight) donut was missing most of the cream filling. The filling was about a small marble size and in the last bite of my donut. If in a pinch, I'd stop again but not order the cream filled - which is sad because it's my fav!
