Meh, just meh, and definitely overpriced. Tried a 12 inch Italian, ($12) and it was nothing special.Boars Head meat was OK. Publix is way better and only $6.99 when on sale. Only mayo on this one, no Italian vinaigrette, no salt pepper, oregano Bread is soft, no texture, no crust. Toppings are sparse. Blah. Not a $12 sub, not by far. Walked up to the counter, floor was sticky. Gross. Clean it please. Cashier made me feel I was bothering him to take my order. Then you are prompted to tip on your sandwich. What for? Service??? No thanks. They missed the service part. Not going back. Please pay your people enough money for making your pricy subs, instead of pushing customers to tip for just taking your order. No, I will not return.

Love their chicken teriyaki subs! The chicken and bread are tender. The portion size is perfect. We get it once a week for lunch. The service is quick and my order is always correct. You should try it!

Great little place for delicious subs. Had the Maple Bacon Chicken sub and it was awesome. Softest bread on a sub I've ever had.

Gotta love a sandwich shop that does fries. I love the cuban with garlic parm fries.

Super over priced. Eaten twice and won’t go back. Nothing wrong with service or staff. Just super over priced less than average sub. I will break it down for you. Ordered Italian.90% bread6% toppings and lettuce4% meat.I literally could only taste bread and lettuce. And the price for a 12 inch is $12. Go anywhere else for half the price. Places that have better subs:PublixJersey mikesFirehouseJimmy johnsSubway. Yea subway is better.

Love the food. I went with 4, but lately would say 3.5. I've some delivery orderes but after 5 times of door dash forgetting the bottled drink, I did pick up. I have a very short window to cone from local school to pick up. Very precise on order.... not sure how onions and peppers and pickles got translated from cucumbers... she did say they were out.. fine...kind workers just wish order would be right.

Jon Smith subs never fails to deliver fresh quality subs. The quality now is the same as it was almost 30 years ago when I had my first I pray they will still be around 30 years from now as well. Thank you for consistency.

Decent chicken cheesesteak sub. I got the "chicken bomb" and it was really good, love the marinated flavor and smell. It was pretty packed and definitely had good flavor. The roll was a little soft for me but overall a good sub.

Be sure to check Groupon for discounts. The grilled cheesesteak sandwich was on point. Will return!

Glad to have this close to the house. Nice to have a non-fast food option. Food is great, teen boys are happy and fed

I went into this restaurant tonight and was informed that the grill closes at 745. In a rather rude tone. First of all, eight o clock is very early in closing any restaurant. Second of all, who manages this place that hires an entitled rude teenager? And third, if you close at eight you serve till eight where I'm from. Love the food but can't say enough how awful that worker was.

Every since we moved into this area, John Smiths has been our go to sub place! Always hot, fresh, and their cookies are amazing. So are the seasoned parm/Cajun fries. Honestly it's all amazing...There has not been one thing we have tried, that we did not LOVE! We have met the owner many times, and he is wonderful. It really makes you feel good supporting his business in the neighborhood!! Especially during these times!
