Stopped for a sweet treat and cafe con leche…delicious! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming and the establishment itself was so bright and clean. Looking forward to trying breakfast / lunch here.

Coffee lady, old lady, pastry young lady and gentleman very nice. Beans need sofrito and pumpkin. Tuna sandwich on pan sobao is excellent. Quesitos excellent too. The best quesitos in Tampa/Wesley Chapel.

I was so excited to get a Puerto Rican option close to home. The food is amazing, but the service needs work. Every time I ask a question the staff acts like is a burden. This place has so much potential, just being nice would go a long way.

Very friendly people!! Good strong coffee! Sweets were phenomenal, guess that’s why they say sample them all. Definitely going
Is the food wonderful here? Yes, absolutely. They have the best croissants that I have ever had, yet unfortunately I will not be coming back. When this location first opened I've witnessed the woman at the front counter treat customers very poorly and speak even to me in a condescending way. I brushed it off numerous times thinking, "She's just grumpy like my abuela. It could be worse." Embarrassingly enough, before recommending this place to family I even had to warn them about her attitude since other reviews stated the same about poor customer service. While there are a lot of 5 star reviews, I attribute that mostly to the amazing food, which makes people overlook the rude service. My most recent visit was the breaking point as I went in to order breakfast/pastries for my family and was once again treated poorly by this woman. This time though my order was entered with numerous errors. No accountability was taken whatsoever and she even tried to blame me for HER not ringing in multiple items. When requesting an itemized receipt the owner himself printed it and rudely shoved it toward my partner without even looking at us or asking if there was anything that needed to be resolved. This is the same owner that I've been very patient with in the past while he juggled phone calls, stocking items, and ringing up orders. If I can't be treated with the same level of courtesy/kindness that I give to the owner/employees then there is simply no reason to come back here. I leave this review in hopes that steps are taken to improve the customer service experience with other patrons. Based on my experiences though, I cannot in good faith recommend this restaurant anymore.

An employee handed us the wrong meal. When my girlfriend picked up the food we realized it wasn’t our order. When we told the employee it was a mix up, he started talking to the kitchen loudly about us, instead of apologizing because it was his mistake. We felt very unwelcome and sat outside to eat, the same employee stood inside pointing at us. We will not be returning. The owner should know how they treat their customers.
We been to this bakery several times, the sandwiches pastries and coffee are just perfect!
