When I got the pizza it was cold to start. The crust was over cooked and hard and soggy from the crushed tomato they used, not sauce at all. I asked for extra onions and peppers and were that not visible because they cut it up so small you cannot see them. I like my green peppers and onions a bit charred around the edges. It appeared they were fried first which makes them more wet. I don't do this. The rim of pizza was flat . DiGiorno's rim has a bit of bread to it and is way better than this pizza by a long shot. This was the worst I have ever had and will not recommend them to anyone. But worst of all I paid cash. I will never call them again.

Food is always great for me. I always order pickup since I live so close. I am only leaving 4 stars because I am always told a pickup time that is crazy fast and I usually have to wait after I arrive. I should know better tho. I do understand that they are an extremely small venue that is very busy. If you walk in you can see that they take orders over the phone and via multiple online ordering services. I always see the same cook every time I go in, running like crazy to get multiple orders done, he is great and so grateful for a tip. After reading the other reviews I would recommend pick up for the best experience. I am very confused as to why anyone would order from a pizza place that is more then 10 minutes away from them. This is Tampa, you can find a local non chain pizza place almost anywhere.

Found this flyer at our hotel room. The salad was hot and the chicken was hard as well as the pasta that came with it. NEVER AGAIN well, we order from a place without reading the reviews. Had you seen some of these reviews? We would’ve never ordered it because it seems like a consistent thing for awful cold food that takes two hours.

We stayed at a hotel and ordered at 615pm arrived at 8pm cold pizza with congealed cheese and hard as rocks fried and cold onion ringsOrdered a pepperoni lovers pizza - there were 2 slices of pepperoni on each slice - terrible foodI called to explain my displeasure and the person said there was bad traffic and sorry about that and hung up$40 for garbage and I tipped the guyTerrible service and food!Don’t eat or order here!They don’t care what kind of food they serve - terrible customer service!

I ordered the 10 lemon pepper wings which was super super hard and salty, they literally poured lemon pepper season on dry wings! The bacon burger with soggy over riped tomatoes pieces old lettuce and instead of real bacon they coated the burger with bacon bits. NOW WHO TF DOES THAT! Both my burger order suppose to have fries for sides, as u can see 1 came with onion rings. Then the one that came with fries it only had a pinch of fries. After I ordered. I went to maps to see how far the restaurant was from the hotel. It's 25 min drive and stumbled across the reviews. And it was all awful reviews. But I gave it the benefit of the doubt bc we been working 6 days and was too tired to go anywhere. I had to trash the food bc of our high blood pressure. 38 bux for NOTHING! uggggh

These weirdos sneak into the hotel I work at all the time and slip their flyers under the room doors. Guests order all the time and get pissed that we promote them because they’re DISGUSTING and take HOURS to arrive. (probably would arrive faster if they weren’t always out slipping flyers under doors at every hotel.) We don’t promote them at all they just sneak in when it gets busy with their stupid flyers & if we see anybody about to order from there, we tell them not to and to instead order from WESTSHORE PIZZA because they’re good and arrive quickly with fresh HOT pizza.I even tried this place once and although I lived 5 mins away, it took over 2 hours to arrive. Just 2 days ago, a family at my hotel called to cancel after waiting 2 hours for food & the guy on the phone yelled at them saying “no you need to pay! you have to pay for your food you can’t cancel!” So unprofessional and the food is gross and always cold.

Absolute worst I've ever seen. They should be ashamed to call themselves New York pizza. It could take up to 2hrs to receive your food then the driver had the balls to hold his hand out and say "what about my tip". If you are visiting the Tampa area and you find a menu under your hotel door. Please throw it away. I've already called the cops once for trespassing! We are now telling our 20 housekeepers, Maintenance and our guests that are new check-ins to now throw away the menus that get snuck upstairs.

Ordered delivery and the driver showed up an hour later reeking of smoke and tried to give me wings that had been opened and bouncing around in the bag and tried to force me to give him cash when the man on the phone told me he had a card reader. This place is the worst.

I ordered food at 7:30 and was told it would be delivered in one hour. At 9:45, my food arrived and was cold. The lasagna I ordered looked like a full container and when I opened it, there was a 3x3 piece in the center and they filled the rest of the container with sauce to make it look full. They did not send my garlic bread. The ranch for my salad was hot. My son got BBQ boneless wings and it was microwave nuggets with bad BBQ sauce squirted on top. I received 5 out of 6 of the garlic knots I ordered and the chocolate cake is not cake. It taste and looks like someone filled a pie pan with chocolate icing, froze it and sells by the slice. The service was horrible, the food was bad and the two 20 Oz sodas I ordered were delivered in 12oz can containers. This place is a Italian as the Pramids. 0/10 DO NOT RECCOMMEND!!!!!!
