If you want cold pizza, this is the place. Best cold pizza ever! Also, if you have a spare hour or two to wait on your pizza, this is the place. If you want Pizza Hut, go to Target and get their personal pans, taste better, served hot, and doesn't take two hours to get. It's not like I order during the super bowl or a busy day....they're just slow. They're never on time and the pizza is always cold. Why do I keep ordering from here? I do once in a blue moon when we're craving the bread sticks...that's all.

I had been using another local Pizza Hut location since living in this area and one time accidentally sent my order to this alternate location on US-41. I have been a return customer there since. I have never had to wait long for service at this location and the employees have always been friendly. This most recent visit was excellent as always- the food in our order was ready upon stated pick-up time, was completely correct, temp was perfect and the Pizza was delicious when we got home to finally eat it. Will definitely continue to return to the location at 17420 US Hwy 41 Lutz FL

Worst pizza ever. I ordered a pepperoni and black olive medium thin crust pizza for pick up. Literally there were 8 slices over pepperoni and 16 tiny olives on the burnt pizza. I knew well then precious manager who was terrific. This new staff is completely useless and they do not care. I'll go to Marcos from now on.

My order was literally cancelled with no notification to me. Waited over an hour before calling to be told they are closed and promptly hung up on. Called and called to see how I was getting refunded, and no one would answer (this was at 5:30-6pm on a Sunday). Really embarrassing when you’re throwing a bday party and everyone is hungry and waiting. Also, very bad exposure for our local Pizza Hut with so many people there at the party to tell what happened. We tried Dominos and it was delicious, that will become our new spot to order from along with many others who often default to Pizza Hut.

We have never had a problem with this location. Food has always been fresh, hot. Ofcourse there are days where the delivery is a little longer but they do get busy it happens. We recently ordered and got a call not too much longer saying they only had one delivery driver and cannot say when it would get delivered it could be awhile so we decided just to drive in and pick up.Some places are short staffed. I always try to think of that.
