Our office decided to have So Fresh for lunch today. The ordering process was super easy and even though we placed an order for several people, we received all our items and had no issues. I had the super green Ceasar wrap, and it was delicious! I also me the owner and she was SO friendly and helpful. 5 stars!! :)

If I could ten stars I would! I created my own bowl with salmon and it was so delicious. The salmon was perfectly cooked. This place is super clean and all the food is super fresh. They are friendly, have music playing, and offer outdoor seating. I’ll be back to try the other bowls and sauces!

SoFresh is easily the most underrated healthy food restaurant in the area. I am a frequent patron of the Carrollwood location when I'm at work, but when home, this is comfortably the nearest location. I exclusively eat here when I am counting calories. My go-to menu choice is a custom-made warm bowl featuring zoodles, brown rice with parsley, and fire braised chicken thighs; topped with onion, green peppers, and broccoli (creamy ranch is a tasty sauce accompaniment). Their prices are super fair, roughly $9-13 per entree, and food is always prepared fast and on-time based on order placement. Delivery is possible via DoorDash (perhaps UberEats too) but be prepared for additional $6 delivery fee.

I love the food and the friendly atmosphere, you guys are great. I usually order on Friday mornings when I return from my weekly business trips and pick up the orders to take to my wife at her school on her lunch break. After traveling through the night this is such a welcome experience to have on those Friday mornings. The food is absolutely incredible and the pickup experience is always friendly and quick. We love this place!

Last night I ordered two bowls, and they were just underwhelming for what I paid. One bowl had the regular chicken breast and the other bowl had the blackened chicken. The chicken in both bowls was dry, and the teriyaki sauce didn’t help save it. On the second bowl I felt like I got jipped on the carrot option. The carrots were sliced super thin and there was only a tiny amount in the bowl, so it felt like it wasn’t worth picking that option. The garlic noodles were good, but could be better with an extra layer of garlic sauce that is on them. I’ve had good food here in the past, but I guess this time around I was just unlucky.
