I just experienced the absolute worst customer service of my life and I'm 34 and have my own business. The manager was so lazy and rude I drove to the Wesley chapel location where they promptly helped me with a smile on their face. Honestly the extra 15 minute drive was well worth it.

Hands down the best taco bell we've had in a long time.We travel for work. We've hit our fair share of Taco Bells. The food today was fresh. Hot. Fast. And tasted great!

I love this Taco Bell! I order online and pick up and it’s ready so quick and it’s always been correct! The employees have always been pleasant as well!

Spent $15 asked for several sauces and received 0. Also no plastic utensils for power bowl. Not the first time for this kind of service.

Sandy and the crew are serving up more than tacos and burritos! Sandy took some time to connect with me this afternoon. It was nothing but positive vibes and Goodness! It didn't feel like "fast food" either. I wasn't shuffled along like cattle like a lot of these places. You can tell when somebody has a ? for what they're doing - and Sandy does! I hope Yum Yum Foods knows how special she is!

The young woman in the drive-thru was very pleasant. Most Taco Bells seem to have very rude window associates

I've been here multiple times, and literally every time it's the same experience.I understand that my name might be foreign to some Americans, but if they have to debate the pronunciation together in the back, can they at least be quiet enough that I and others don't clearly hear them up front? It's embarrassing to hear people talk like that- especially when they ultimately choose to call you by a completely different name or they just shout your order and walk away.If it's so hard to pronounce, just ask and I'll gladly tell you. Maybe it's just me, but that feels like a basic courtesy to afford another person, especially a paying customer.

Vegetarian options: They have limit vegetarian options and removed the item specifically for vegetarian. We do not intend to go unless they bring that item back in menu

Huge thing that is missing from our local Taco Bells is leadership and management. Beyond that this is my multiple experiences at this location. Walk in no one greets you but makes eye contact with you. Sign says use Kiosk to order. Who wants to touch that greasy mess of a screen. I was told they clean it every hour. Every hour my eye. My guess is whenever they get around to it. They have plenty of people standing around all the time. Teach one of them to use the front register. The drive through window operator is always standing around and it's only a few steps from the window to the counter. The food order is almost always wrong. Am I wrong about anything I've said above... absolutely not. I love that they do not greet you when you walk in they just stare at you. A bunch of young kids always running the place. When I asked for a manager. One had to go call one on the phone. Guess how that worked out. He couldn't get anyone to answer. If I were ownership I'd fire most of them and set a new standard. This goes for the store on 54 as well. Both exact same problems.

This is a review foe all Taco Bells in general. They raised their prices and lowered the portion size for several food items. What a rip off

We went for a *quick* lunch break. Don't do that if you're in a hurry to get back to work. The new "order your own food" option sucks, I can't believe that we paid over $24 for 2 of us to eat and we had to order our own food. And watching the elderly folks trying to navigate this new option was even more sad. I know they just renovated but the ice machine wasn't even working so we had to wait on someone to come to the counter to fill our ice for us. Just overall disappointed.

This Taco B was recently renovated and orders are via kiosk only... which is fine as they are human friendly for the most part. There's still the drive thru, of course. Food is good and the 5 dollar Chalupa box is awesome deal... does come with drink. The place is decorated nicely for Christmas!
