These employees are so nasty!!! I pity anyone who has to deal with these condescending “people” who will make you pay twice because a successful mobile order was not visible on their end and a card was obviously charged. Completely dismissive and could not care less about their jobs. These employees have a lot to learn about basic human decency, I fear.

the slowest and rudest service i’ve ever received at a taco bell. don’t go here unless you want them to lose your order and then blame you for it when you come to pick it up. truly unbelievable. go to the other location right up 54 on collier, they’re always quick and super polite!!

Rudest people I've ever encountered. I come here all the time on my lunch, as I work in the plaza, and have had no previous issue ordering for pick-up.I placed it for pick-up as usual, and when I arrived they said they had no order for Danny. And that it must be the wrong location I selected. I double checked and it was correct. I showed them the phone and they kept saying there was nothing they could do in the most condescending tone you could imagine. I'm always nice and kind, but these employees were disgusting towards me. Wouldn't even remake my order despite showing them it on my phone. Just told me to place it again and pay twice? HELL NO. I went to Pollo Tropical next door and the hispanic ladies were so sweet and kind to me.

Took an hour and a half to get my mobile order. 45 minutes to get to the speaker with only 4 people waiting in front of me in the drive through. Then, they remind us at the speaker that it would be a longer wait on top of that because they were extremely short staffed. Avoid at all costs.

This is the 3rd time my order has been messed up. Everything was correct on the screen and receipt. But when I check the bag it's always missing something. Go inside to rude staff and refuse to help me. They tell me to use the kiosk and reorder my food and pay for it twice! So I have to pay for 4 tacos and only get 2?

10 minutes standing at the counter with three folks doing nothing and staring at me. Finally someone tells me I need to order from the kiosk (no line, no patrons in front of me). Please just shut down and give the prime location to someone who cares about customer service.
