Worst Taco Bell ever. I don’t know if they’re all this bad, but boycotting til they shape up. First of all nothing in them anymore second of all cracked soggy shells. I mean I could go on and on with our complaints. Whoever the manager is sending food out that people are paying $35 for some tacos and burritos You should be fired.

Went on 3/22 10pm. The crew was outside when I drove up to the drive through. They just continued with their conversation and when I asked if they were open one of the employees stuck a finger up to say one minute. They go inside and the girl who took my order was so rude. No apologies for the wait. I get to the front, no eye contact, they’re all laughing inside. Gives me the food and doesn’t say anything. I doubt they even washed their hands and didn’t see them wearing gloves after doing who knows what outside. I definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

I didn’t like there was a delay in the ordering because I had to use the kiosk … and I feel like the portion size was light.
When I drove past the second window, I noticed three staff laughing nonstop while standing in the kitchen. They claimed that this was the reason they decided to close the store. When a truck arrives, it's like no Taco Bell ever before, so they just close the store for forty-five minutes.

I received great assistance from Aaki and his colleagues in getting my order fixed! going above and beyond while receiving no unfavorable feedback. It is really uncommon to have that level of customer service. Again, I want to thank all of the workers today!
I'm not even sure where to begin. First off, when you visit after 8 p.m. these days, the place never seems to get the orders right. The last four times we have visited, either a complete item has disappeared, we have been overcharged for incorrectly purchased products, or we have simply been handed something we did not order. However, tonight was unacceptable; even if in the past we have just accepted the loss of money, we are no longer able to continue spending $30 on food that we do not receive. In an attempt to obtain the meals he was lacking, my spouse returned. Along with other food, he ordered a crunch wrap supreme meal, but when he arrived home, the crunch wrap was gone and was replaced with stale nacho chips.

Had a very large order for several people & this location provided 100% satisfaction. Started to count & tally & check then stopped because everything looked packed with care. Got home & everything was right & delicious.Location was clean & busy. Staff seemed to be working diligently.Great job, great meal!
