This place is amazing. That's the best way I can explain. The food here is so fairly priced for the delicious, fresh ingredients they use. I feel if this was downtown Tampa they could charge 25 a sandwich and get away with.All jokes aside, I've tried almost everything at this point and I continue going back because of the quality alone. The food is incredible and is the ONLY thing that keeps me going back, but dang, the service is absolutely terrible-every single time. It shouldn’t take 25-30 minutes to get 2 sandwiches when you go in right as they open with no other orders being placed. The staff never has any motivation to push orders out; they always just take their time and talk to each other. Nothing is ever ready when they open (bread, soup, specials), and about 90% of the time, they forget items from my order, like entire sandwiches or sides. I wish the owners would push customer service, order accuracy, and speed more. They can make great food, but it’s incredibly frustrating to not ever get my order timely and accurately ANY time I go here.

Food, service and atmosphere is good, but don’t order ahead of time for pick up. I did and it appears that the food was prepared way ahead of the time for a scheduled pick up. The sandwich was very mushy.

The food and customer service are excellent here! We had an issue with our salad (the southern with balsamic dressing is so good) and they not only fixed it for us but went over and above. Thankful we have a great deli in Lutz!

The Rocco sandwich I had was delicious. Lacking on selection of juices. Whole experience we give it a 10 out of 10!

YUM ?Solid 4.5. Super nice staff & fantastic sandwiches!Wife & I had 2 sandwiches, 1 side, 2 drinks, 1 bag of chips and w/ tip was just above $40. If you are price conscience keep in mind it’s not a cheap place to eat HOWEVER it is delicious. Keep in mind it is not cheap to run a small business. We were happy to pay the prices for delicious food.The Ann & Mary (I believe it was…. loaded w/ turkey) were delicious. The Ann was a hot sandwich my wife ordered and I tried it… wow so good. The wait did take a bit but it’s all made to order and it was busy on a Sat.Plenty of parking out back… inside is very nice. Indoor and outdoor seating.

I love this place. First time I had it I knew it was something special. I do gotta ding it a star because I ordered a chicken sandwich and it was not ideal temperature
My family was really excited to try this place as were from NY and have been searching for a good deli. Got there at 3:30, they close at 4 which I thought was okay there was plenty other people there. As we were trying to order they were “out” of mostly everything. Told us they were out of turkey but when we pointed out the entire thing of turkey in the deli case they told us they don’t slice any meats an hour before close. Sooo just close at 3 then? So I ordered the eggplant sandwich with the pesto on it. As they’re making my sandwich I hear the guy behind the counter say to the other guy that they’re out of pesto to which he reply’s quietly “that’s fine don’t say anything” sooo now I just have an eggplant and bread sandwich lol. Just disappointed I’m pregnant and excited about this place we drove 30 mins here. Won’t be coming back!
