What a joke !!!!! They keep changing the playbook. The portions are too small and the prices too high. I will say most of the staff are friendly enough but it's not enough to over come the lack of a professional operation.

Came for the first time tonight, it came highly recommended and let me say it did not disappoint. Moist Brisket just fell apart and the sides were delicious too. By the way I know my Husband enjoyed himself because he fell asleep in the passenger seat. #itusoverload #bussin

The shredded pork wasn't shredded enough for me. There was no choices for my husband since he is allergic to Soy. He ended up with some shredded pork with no sauce and a small salad with no dressing. We tried a brookie (half brownie half cookie) in the bakery attached to the smokehouse and my husband got very ill. It had soy.

Found SALT on Yelp! And decided to give it a try while I was in town for the weekend. Wanted a quick takeout- ordered the Brisket (got some "moist" and some "lean" - both were delicious) and some pulled pork. Also had the smoked Mac and cheese and the finest collards that I've had in a looooong time. Counter staff was amazingly friendly and the bill was okay, too. All things being equal? I WILL be back!

Always loved their brisket Cuban not anymore. This went from my favorite barbecue place to my least favorite. They said they did not get bought out but I just ordered the brisket Cuban, which was on potato bread and was like mulched brisket absolutely the worst so-called Cuban I've ever had I'm so sad that I will no longer be able to get what was a deliciousbarbecue Cuban

If you’re in the area, do your self a favor and stop in. We were down the block at a concert and decided to give the salt a try and we were not disappointed at all. I got 1/4lb of brisket and 1/4lb of pulled pork with a side of collards and I couldn’t decide what on the plate was better than the other. My wife got the Bella bowl and even after eating mine and couldn’t stop eating her food too. The staff was also very nice and welcoming. I will definitely be recommending to everyone I know!

Food is very good. Brisket is flavorful and tender. Sides are better than the average. Prices are higher and it would be nice if there was an option of a meat and two sides for a reasonable price. Dining area is adequate, but staff are super friendly.

We ordered from the food truck at the Tampa zoo, and all of the food was cold, including the macaroni and cheese dish. The barbecue did not have much flavor.
I eat here at least once if not twice a week. I typically get the BBQ by the 1/4 or 1/2 lb. I would vote it best in town and the sauces boost it to another level. Come check it out along with its affiliate restaurants that further add to the selection and ambiance

We were at the Tampa Zoo and visited Jerry a raise he is awesome, deserves a raise, very nice guy very helpful and very sanitary. He was very busy seens he was there by himself in that truck, but did an awesome job.

Hands down some of THE BEST FOOD my family and I have ever had! We’ve also had my sisters wedding and my grandparents 60th wedding anniversary celebration catered by The SALT Smokehouse because it’s that good! We live almost an hour away and it’s worth the drive, they never disappoint! On top of that, the owners are so sweet, love their community, and LOVE the Lord! ?

An amazing hidden foodie gem right in Tampa! This food hall boasts three delicious restaurants with an array of offerings for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Station House BBQ has the best brisket, The Smokin' Cuban has the absolute best cubans, and Baby Brisket's serves brisket gravy that will make you wonder why you didn't know about it sooner! There is also a market serving great grab and go options!
