Ordering: my wife tried to do a phone order, and had to give up after trying to talk with an Indian (?) service rep on the phone. Apparently, they are outsourcing their phone takeout orders. She drove there and ordered. My black bean and chicken Quesada's seemed to be smaller than what I remember, and they were very thin on ingredients. Very disappointing quality.

Why would you pay extra for a curbside pickup if you'll have to wait an hour and end up going in to pick it up yourself? ?
This location is beyond terrible. Placed a mobile order and it stated it would be ready at 7:33 pm. Waited in my vehicle until 8:00 pm and it was sitting on the shelf, cold and none of the drinks included with the meals were provided. It was not filled with customers or busy by any means. Then upon arriving home, my meal was not as I had ordered it and the stickers were placed on the wrong food items. They can never seem to deliver orders during the time indicated nor can they read orders correctly and get things right.

I ordered some tacos which were colder then normal and didn't have much warmth to them. I like the food so much I didn't care and finished one of the tacos off then asked if they could reheat the second taco for me. They then proceeded to remake the tacos and give me 2 more full ones, and treated my family to dessert. Thank you guys for being so nice to us.

Went here this past Saturday with my husband as we were looking for some fast casual Mexican and we were pleasantly surprised. On Saturday they have a 2 for $20 deal which includes: choice of chips & salsa or queso, two entrees and two fountain drinks. Idk about anyone else but I'm pretty excited to get that amount of food for $20 these days. Food: we started out with yellow queso which was very tasty. For entree I got a chicken burrito bowl and my husband got a chicken burrito. Both were very yummy! I was also pleasantly surprised to find that they still give you chips on the side even with the $20 deal. Drinks: I don't normally talk about this but I got their strawberry lemonade which just really hit the spot!Ambiance: this location is actually much nicer than some of the others and they kept it very clean. Service: the staff was very nice and helpful when we needed a few things. Will certainly be back!

This is the best Tijuana Flats I've been to yet! The food came out quickly- everything was fresh and delicious. They were very knowledgeable about the ingredients and how the food was cooked since two of us have severe allergies. It's very easy to be gluten free and dairy free here! The service was fabulous- thanks Nayeli!
