SLOWEST WENDYS IVE EVER BEEN TOO. Do not accept courier orders here unless you want to wait 20 minutes plus in a drive through because they close the inside early.

This location is clean, the food is good, and the atmosphere is actually pretty good for a fast food restaurant. There's even a cute seating area. The staff was extremely accommodating of my sister's dietary restrictions. (She's got several food allergies and the staff took extra special care to keep her food safe AND tasty!)Dietary restrictions: If you ask they'll do everything they can to help with dietary restrictions

I just left there. Ordered a Coke zero the Coke was flat. I ordered French toast sticks. They forgot to add syrup to the bag. I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit when I opened up what was supposed to be a biscuit it was bacon and cheese on a bun. I’ve called up there three times with no answer. If I wasn’t already on 75 I would have turned around. Waste of time and money.

Online order was down. No one greeted me in line to order so I had to drive to window. No one working there knew what was going on and food came out very cold. Embarrassing.Edit: came back the next day in hopes yesterday was just a blip in the radar. Arrived at 8:25. They told me they wouldn’t have the store open for another 20 minutes. They were supposed to be opened at 8. It’s frustrating because they had done a phenomenal job up until this week. They were a convenient breakfast stop before work and now I’m going to have to start making my own breakfast again.

This experience was mixed. The inside was closed because of short staff, no sign on door to let customers know before walking up. The order Host/taker Ashley was good and nice. Had to pull around and wait for the food about 5 minutes. The person a male seemed he didn't care or was bother about having to bring the food to the car. Once home we found out that one of the orders was wrong, ordered a large baconator combo but got a double instead. Tried calling and got no answer . The call went to voicemail which indicated the mailbox was full. Will have to drive back to speak to someone. They were out of all lemonade's and chocolate frosty's. The fries were severely over salted. This Wendy's has had issues in the past on getting orders correct. Have even spoken with the manager before on the issues.

This place is down right terrible. I brought in a coupon in twice and each time they act like I'm stealing there "profit" from them. They're rude people at this location. Also I ordered a couple JBC and they literally just out cheese and bun that's it to get me back. There all POS!!!!

Can't say much because when I approached the drive thru window the clerk stated the many things they were out of. Drinks. Potatoes. Bacon. * this is not the 1st time they have been out of items one time they couldn't even accept debit cards

There are many times they close well before the listed time. Just went by at 9:40pm on a Friday night and the rude girl on the speaker just said we are closed. My boyfriend asked her a question and she rudely stated yeah we're closed. This has happened to us more than twice. Ridiculous.

The shift manager working today (Monday labor day) was the most unprofessional person I have encountered in the hospitality industry. From the moment my partner and I walked in the restaurant, she was deep in conversation boasting that she gets a guaranteed 40 hours to the employees on the shift and that if she needs to cut people she's going to cut people and her hours are safe.As we ordered her food, she continued to boast that she has guaranteed hours and guaranteed money making the poor girl working. The drive-thru feels so much less than.As our dining experience began, I heard her berate and be little The entire crew working. This is a poorly run location that clearly has a general manager that is unaware of the situations that hand. Hopefully a district manager will read this and get things in check at this Wendy's location as I had one of the most disheartening customer interactions with a manager in my entire life

Just got back from the drive thru in Wendy’s and the girl who was taking my order was rude and unprofessional. I didn’t know the menu changed and instead of making a suggestion she just kept saying “no we don’t have that” in a rude manner. When I get to the window there is no greeting just hand out waiting for payment. Then proceeded to hand me my cup and straw without looking. The food wasn’t fresh and the sprite taste like carbonated water. Won’t be going back here and will inform the manager about my experience.

I ordered 4 meals from here for my family tonight and when I got home I realized the bun on my hamburger was completely moldy. We are so disgusted.

Predictably good. It would be nice if you could order online or at their kiosk and order a Senior drink with the rest of the order. One's choice is to forgo the senior benefit or order everything at the counter.Just a little PITA that irks me every time I go.

I went for breakfast, so only the drive-thru was open. They didn't even have the breakfast menu up so I had to order from memory and had to ask them seven times for my order before they understood what I was asking for, which was just a honey chicken biscuit. They did not provide any napkins in the bag. The food was really good, but the service was enough to make me not ever want to return to this location, although this level of service seems to be on par for Wendy's, no matter which location I go to.

Bun Bun

This is seriously the best Wendy’s I’ve ever ordered from, hands down. They don’t give me a gross, dried out chicken patty that’s equivalent to cardboard - no, they give me yummy, FRESH, hot chicken sandwiches and they always make it correctly! Absolutely amazing. 10/10

They say they are open until midnight (Sunday night), but no one taking orders around 11:15pm. I waited 3 or 4 minutes, other cars just left. When I finally decided to leave there seemed to be 2 or 3 employees sitting at the tables out front. I slowed down to ask if they were open, but they seemed to be laughing at me so I just left. If you don't have the staffing to keep late hours, best to trim back your hours so people don't go to the trouble of leaving home. This, combined with slow, slow service times at the Wendy's farther west on 54 has convinced me - NO MORE WENDYS! Just so poorly run.
