DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!!!!!!!!! We placed an online order yesterday and never received our order. No one picks up the phone at this location. I called another location and was told the store was closed and this keeps happening to people. We can’t even get a hold of anyone to give us a refund. Worst experience I’ve ever had with any kind of restaurant or food establishment.

Ordered simple items from online menu. Not only did they get it wrong, the food (prepackaged salad dressing) was beyond expiration date. When restaurant was called, was told that I could re- order the item the following day. Even simple instructions such as our comminty gate code was ignored and not passed along to driver. Person answering phone claimed to be manager, but lack of customer care was evident. Credit card receipt hand written? Avoid this place.

Worst pizza ever. Pizza was undercooked and raw and super greasy. I brought it back to have them cook for longer and all they did was put it in the oven for 2 more minutes. Will never order from there again. I called to let them know the quality wasn't very good and the pizza was still undercooked and the manager stated that the pizza was fine.

Employees were mask less, and no notice for Pasco county mask mandate on the door. I will not be returning/ordering out until I know that they are taking COVID seriously.Other than the mask less employees, customer service was good. However, I could have gotten the same boneless wings and fries at Walmart or Publix and popped them into my oven. The garlic knots were decent. I did order pizza for delivery from them a few months ago in November and the bone in wings and they were delicious! The pizza crust was perfect

stopped ordering for awhile due to some bad orders that were delivered. my husband likes all drums when getting chicken wings and Westshore is the only place that will let you get all drums, I do not like wings so I get pizza, salad or a baked sandwich . Tonight was pizza and it was filled with topping. Found out they are under new ownership so I will be ordering more often again. The pizza was great so hopefully the rest will be too lol VERY FRIENDLY OWNER came out and was giving the tip to his employee's that's great leadership

I don't understand the Negative reviews on here? I've been going to Westshore Pizza, since they opened up, on Westshore Blvd. in Tampa a long time ago. This location in Lutz, Fla. is just excellent at making true N.Y. / Philly style, thin crust pizza. The dough is fresh and crispy on bottom, just right in the middle, plus the tomato sauce and cheeses don't give you heartburn, like some other brands do! You want a LARGE pizza? This 18-incher will dwarf most others and barely fit inside your oven at home. The location is very clean inside, and they also have constructed outdoor patio seating. I say that Westshore Pizza is a cut above the "assembly-line" pizza joints!

Kinda disappointed. I ordered wings half/half BBQ for me Mild for my Friends. Well my friends lucked out.. they put all mild in. Kind of sucks.I guess 2 stars is warranted.. they did give me food.
Poor quality food and customer service. I received two burnt cheesesteak subs with the wrong cheese. When I called, I was told they use their own sliced cheese, not the one every other Westshore Pizza uses. I was told it damages their treys, lol. The calzones are not the same, either. The gentleman I spoke with said I would receive a refund (I only requested a refund for the burnt cheesesteak) for the cheesesteaks and a week later and still nothing. I do not recommend this location. The one on Bruce B Downs and South Tampa is great. I eat at those and have never had an issue.

Do not order from this place. I placed a order online for delivery. After placing order they called and said it would be around 50 mins for delivery. I waited over a hour and ten mins and called the store many times but no one answered. Waited for over a hour and half and tried calling again, but no one answered. It has been close to 2 hours and no one has called or answered the phone. This is not the first time that it took over a hour for my delivery. I do not know if I will ever order from this place again. left and went to the store. Was told after to many orders they shut down the phones to stop taking orders. after I got there the delivery guy showed up with very cold food and missing my drink. lucky my roommate was home got the food for me but no drink. After waiting for fresh food to be made the delivery guy showed. When I asked him about why it took so long and where my drink was he tells me I had a lot of delivery and it happens there is nothing I can do about it and I did not see you ordered a drink but oh well. I order from the lutz location but for some reason it will not let me pick it as a location on my phone for feedback on their website.

I ordered a white special ricotta pizza at 4:50 PM. It was delivered at 5:30 (I live 4 minutes away) but it was a Margarita pizza. I called immediately and told them the problem and the man I spoke to on the phone told me that I would have it delivered by 6 PM even if he had to bring it himself. At 6:15 I called again and the guy I spoke to said " we called you 3 times and you said that you didn't want it so we threw it out." The phone never rang and they lied to me. I responded with "I want the pizza that I paid for." I called again at 7PM and I asked to speak to the manager whose name was Dave. He said that they only had 2 delivery men and that they were slammed with customers. I called back at 7:45 asking where my pizza was? I eventually went to the restaurant to pick up my pizza and there was no one in there. A man walked in while I was there and I told him my story. I finally got the pizza I ordered at 4:50 at 8:40. I spoke to the manager and he said no one named Dave worked there. I told him that this treatment was unacceptable and that I wanted a refund. He told me that he would credit my account but that point I didn't believe him so he gave the money that I paid for the pizza. I finally got home at 8:45 with the correct pizza that I had ordered at 4:50. I waited almost 4 hours for the pizza to be delivered and I ended up going to the restaurant and picking it up myself. I hope this summary of my experience will make you want to order pizza from a more reputable establishment. I still don't buy from Westshore Pizza. 8/20.
