Tired of paying for a 6 piece and getting a 4 (3 times in a row now) and tired of getting all the way home and something just be completely missing. Place is just robbing customers at this point. Staff is extremely rude and constantly is some kind of tiff with a customer in the parking lot. I use to love zaxbys and at this point would rather go to pdq or slims chicken.

Why is it always so gross? The zaxbys I’ve been to in Georgia are great, this location here is nasty. Cucumbers in the Cobb salad are yellow in the middle indicated they are old. And the grilled chicken was so gross. Super chewy like rubber. I’m done coming here! Ate a third of it and took the chicken off.

Horrible. Ordered online for pick up and when I got there they said they didn’t have the order and I showed them all of the receipts with the date and address and they said “you could’ve edited the receipts there’s nothing we can do” waste of $40

The wife and I hit the drive-thru for a quick on-the-go meal and the food was great. This was my first time ordering the 3 small chicken sandwiches (don't know the name) with fires and was surprisingly a lot of food. Window service was friendly and relatively quick. My wife ordered the chicken Philly and she placed it in the top 5 she's had in the area.

Zaxby's food is fantastic!! No matter what time it is, the food is always hot & fresh and of course DELICIOUS!! But right behind the delicious taste of the food, the other reason I love Zaxby's (especially my Lutz location on Sun Vista Drive), is the super friendly staff!! And I have to think that the character and personality of this great staff must be attributed to their manager, Rocky. Talk about a rock star!!Rocky sets the bar super high for managers at any type of restaurant. I've been to formal 5 star restaurants that didn't have as qualified or as personable of a manager as Rocky.She always remembers, and greets me by my name. And even if she's busy, but sees me sitting down, she makes a point to say hello. She's an incredible people person and exactly the type of manager you want leading your team. Way to go Rocky and Zaxby's!! Keep up the great work!!!T.R.
