“My app was not warm. I don’t mean it wasn’t hot. I mean it wasn’t even warm. I got the lasagna fritta. I didn’t complain about it. The server was absolutely slammed with customers. She was very nice and sweet and polite. I also noticed that they don’t have runners for the food anymore. The server was bringing all the courses out for all the tables that she had. The one time somebody walked with her to bring some of the food items out on another tray and my mom, and I both noticed that this other person gave our server a very dirty look. Not sure what was going on there, but it was right after theserver thanked her. Anyway the service was good and the atmosphere was good and the server was excellent. We did not get any bread plates or appetizer plates. It was so busy that I didn’t even ask for them. It doesn’t seem fair to not have runners bringing food out anymore.“

“I had a small complaint about one of the products and I wanted to notify the Manager and I want to let the company know that the Supervisor Jacob was very professional and resolved the complaint in the most friendly way, the work group is very friendly and helpful. Panera is one of my favorite places to have breakfast and a complaint will not make me change places, as I mentioned to the manager, we are human and we make mistakes and this time the error was resolved satisfactorily. THANK YOU PANERA for brightening my morning with my strawberry lemonade drink“

“Food was great. Service was laughable, but it wasn't the fault of the server. She was busy working the register and was swamped with online & walk-in takeout orders. I didn't even realize she was supposed to be our server until after I gave up waiting for a server; we sat at a table for 15 minutes until I just placed an online takeout order because no one showed up to take drink orders or anything. Went to the counter to pay and wait. That's when I saw her take a plated order from the kitchen to the one other person in the dining room, and I realized she was also taking care of the dining room in addition to all the takeout customers. Again, food was great, but either wait until they have a dedicated server for the dining room or simply order takeout. I'll stress this: the dining situation was clearly not her fault. She was just trying to do two separate jobs at once.“
