My lovely friends showed me this awesome place. They have great merchandise for wine lovers that make perfect gifts! And the best part of it all, was their Wine Slushes!! We got the Orange Creamsicle, Frose and Key Lime. If you’re wanting something not too sweet. Grab their key lime! We all added an extra shot in our drinks ??. The lovely lady with the blond hair was a joy, very friendly and funny! Would be coming back here and bringing some more friends and even family! (Who of course could legally drink ?)

Bought a canvas picture on vacation. Had them ship it. Came broken and have been trying for 2 months to get them to call me. Nothing, extremely disappointed. Terrible customer service.

You know the fruit wine winery on Schitt's Creek? This is it. The "wine" is atrocious and can't possibly be called such, however my friends and I went back 3x for wine slushies! They were very good and cooling on a hot day. Lady behind wine counter was fun and engaging. But the product itself... let's just say, go for everything else. Fun store.

Definitely a cool place I only went here for the wine slushes they were sooooo freaking good I got them refilled like 10 times lol. If you like sweet alcoholic beverages this is definitely the place for you. They have multiple flavors and the cup you get is a big green one for $15 and refills are $8. Super cool place I'd definitely visit, evening worker lady is kinda weird tho lol. Still check it out if you like them alcohol slushes they were tasty and had me leanin riding my electric scooter!

My review of the Winery will not be about the wine..but about the stellar selection of spices, snacks, hot sauces, condiments and everything you might need to make killer spread..I didn't have any pricing issues other people had mentioned and the ladies behind the counter were very friendly..

Walked in & had cool stuff, nice prices & some deals...was disappointed that I was like that customer they assumed was not going to purchase anything. Others were greatest & offered the opportunity to taste some of what I still think is some cool wine. I left to visit the website because it doesn't discriminate.I'll still check it out but NOT at the Mederia Beach location.
The lady at the counter had a bad attitude from the start, and when we noticed she charged us more for the item than it was marked, she insisted she could neither refund the difference, nor the item - telling us we'd have to come back tomorrow and see the manager about it.I'm guessing this is a regular thing for them.

Lady at the counter was rude and claimed she could not fix it when the item I was purchasing rang up for more then it was priced. Also, she said she couldn't refund my card when I told her I didn't want it for the higher price.

The wine tasting is free (great!) but limited to very small samples and only 4 wines (boo). Would have liked the option to sample more given the super small samples or would have been happy to pay for the ability to do additional tastings.There were several very good ones, the black cherry pinot was particularly popular in our group.The slushies were also quite good, with the Creamsicle one being especially worth recommending!The wines are pretty expensive ($14-38 a bottle) but I imagine that's partly the tourist effect of having a winery right in John's Pass and maybe partly the result of trying to make wine in Florida.

I knew before getting on here that I couldn’t possibly be the only person to have had such a bad experience with the woman working behind the counter. Was completely rude and made smart remarks trying to make my mother, father, and myself feel d**** Then after that had the audacity to ask for a tip….. The store and products itself were very unique and fun but this woman ruined the whole experience. I do not plan on recommending this place or ever returning.

It was given a 2 star due to lack of customer service. We always come to this place to get a pack of wines because we love them so much. Today we stopped by about 1pm and my husband was trying to get samples as he usually does and he always makes sure to tip. Unfortunately, the lady in front of the counter was saying smart remarks regarding our questions and giving attitude. As if we were not paying customers. We don’t just walk in there and buy nothing we walk in here every time and spend our money because we love this place and we always recommend this place to everyone we know. My in laws were visiting and we wanted to show them this place. Not only did we buy our 6 pack of wine bottles but we also ordered the wine slushes and as soon as I made a simple positive statement regarding the Frose drink she gave another smart remark. Of course we ignored it because we were spending family time and enjoying ourselves but I am sure she was being this way with other customers as well. Not a great way to treat your customers who help keep this business open. I don’t remember her name but I know she was a older lady with glasses on and light blond wavy hair shoulder length.
