The driver had given me the wrong order, but since I didn’t order through UE’s app I had to call the store to let them know of the mishap, and this is where they shined! The manager, Brian, quickly took charge and had one of the employees on site deliver my correct order. “I don't THINK I've ever had it, it will absolutely not be the last time. I asked for a side of the sauce, since dry sandwiches are no good. GOOD THING I did, they're even FABULOUS with the French fries. Out of curiosity, I had one of the last bites of it with mustard. That led to me wishing I had done it at the BEGINNING, holy YUM. The employees was SUPER accommodating & patient. The Bourbon glaze was BOMB, I asked for a side of it. I don't regret the idea of dipping the fries in it. I'm not a fan of the drink Bourbon, but this sauce is FINGER LICKIN' GOOD. It's a food court, so it's not a fancy, elegant place, but it was still clean, well taken care of location. I gotta give props to the cleaning staff. PERF for when you just to grab a quick bite.“

“From mama's service to her special wings I almost didn't want to post a review because I don't want her to get too busy lol I love how she always remembers to check in with our family during the holidays and sends us text with any specials! Her food is so good and ever since she recommended her special sauce I go back every few months or my partner goes for lunch sometimes! We often get the chicken cheesesteak! Very good! We went with the Philly Cheesesteak and the Italian sandwich! Sweet Potato fries were on points and all the meat was fresh and cut perfectly! I noticed that at this location, the team was entirely swapped out. The manager had a presence that made me sense that the service wasn't basic. She communicated with her team efficiently to ensure that they knew what had to be done. The team also communicated amongst themselves. Even the younger woman with the red hair kept slight eye contact with the dine in people so we wouldn't feel neglected. Small thing to give an huge feel good.Although, the small wait from the drive through affected my order, the time it took to make indeed showed it's craftsmanship. I didn't want lettuce on it but it was on it anyways. However, that was one of the best Phillies I've ever had outside of my hometown.
