“I can't say enough good things about this company. The food is delicious and healthy, and just as importantly, the chef and his wife are so kind and helpful. They have given me extra time with my family and allow me to stay on track by doing my meal prepping for me. The turkey tacos, blackened chicken, and turkey meatballs are my all time favorites!Dietary restrictions: plenty of dairy free and gluten free optionsKid-friendliness: My 5 year old loves the greek chicken and turkey tacos which makes dinner time so much easier.“
“What a great experience we had with Mindful Meals. I reached out to them when my daughter had surgery and was facing a very long recovery period. My daughter has many food allergies; Blake called her multiple times to ensure the foods being prepared were safe for her. When I erroneously signed up for duplicate meal deliveries Blake called to let me know of my error and helped me to get it right and corrected my billing. The food was excellent and always delivered per schedule. I look forward to using Mindful Meals delivery in the future if the need arises. They are definitely a five star company.
