I have been ordering from this particular store in Maitland for years with no problems getting delivery with me living in Altamonte Springs. Unfortunately, for some reason it has now become an issue even though they are my closest location it is now “too far away to order from particular store” (which btw the app chooses for me automatically due to distance). The pizzas like always were great but I had to change it to a take out order. For reference, it is less than 2 miles away from my house so I got there in about 4 minutes. Idk what the issue was but it’s unfortunate.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I ordered for delivery when the store was still open. 30 minutes later, the app showed my order was cancelled without any explanation. I didn’t even get a courtesy call from the store advising they couldn’t fulfill my order. What a disappointing experience.

No one liked the pizza. That's how we knew. 3 people didn't eat 3 whole slices and we threw the rest out. Chicken wings were OK but not very hot.

Haven’t gotten my pizza over an hour later. Door Dash person got lost. Why they decided to give this to Door Dash I’ll never know. Called the store and it tells me to the store is closed. You have lost a customer for life. $30 for a pizza, are you kidding.

The main concern is the dude making the pizza wasn’t wearing gloves and we saw him touch his pants, hair, and face between. So gross we paid and ended up throwing the pizza away. Honestly can’t stomach eating that. The person who cashed us out was kind.

Ordered on line..app said my order was delivered and picked up?? But I never received it. Called the location and they said they didn't have any order from my location or my phone number.. checked my bank account and I was charged. They had no explanation when I had all the information right on my phone!! Horrible customer service!!

The most disgust people you can deal with the delivery driver left when I went in to get my cash and when I called the store to let the manager know she said well you should of had the money ready and refused to send the driver back with a fresh pizza it was 11:20pm and they don’t close til 12 I live literally 7 mins away from this store her response was “we close when I say we close and your not getting a free pizza”… never did I ask for a free pizza literally just asked for a fresh one due to the fact we waited way over an hour for the first one to be made and sent out. She refused to give her name and was just the rudest nastiest person you can ever speak to. She does not deserve a manager position clearly needs to be demoted or fired at this point!!!!!!

O.K. We haven't ordered Papa Johns in 20 + years because my husband thought he had found the perfect pizza place. I always just kinda tolerated it until now. In my 60 years of living I have never had a pizza as good as this. Johanna and staff are amazing in their customer service and will continue to eat here indefinetly. Yummy!
Called the store because they forgot 2 of our garlic sauces and the pizza was just cheese. I spoke to the manager and she was extremely rude and unprofessional. I did not call with any attitude and I was as polite as can be. I was honestly shocked by how rude the manager was being to me. I have never been treated like this by any restaurant manager. As I was telling her that I even took pictures I could send to show that there was no sauce she continued to argue with me that there was sauce. Then said "what do you want I don’t have time for this." I told her I wanted a refund at this point. She replied by telling me that I’d see the refund when I see it and hung up. Is this what I get for spending almost $30 for pizza?! By the way we tipped as well.

The Manager Dave is a great manager his customer service is one of the best anybody ordering from this location if you have any complications on your order I guarantee you this manager right here will take care of you like he took care of me treating me like an actual person best Papa John's in the area hands down

Have ordered carry out and delivery from this location on multiple occasions. Today, the driver decided to leave our order on the ground! Not nice! They did remake it and delivered it in hand.

great pizza delivery, even better pizza. i could tell it was made with great ingredients and passion. Absolutely fell in love with the garlic sauce and cinnamon rolls (not together, do not dip your rolls in garlic sauce?!?). glad they make sustainable packaging! papa cares and i care about papa.

The Papa Johns Delivery Driver got my order wrong which is understandable it happens. However lack of empathy the female employee gave me was disgusting. She clearly doesnt know how to handle an upset customer. I advised her that it isnt her fault when she told me. She asked me if i wanted my money back and that its going to take 24-48 hrs and i said “******** give me the pizza instead in a joking type of way” and she took offense as if i was cursing at her. I advised her i wasnt cursing at her directly and then she hung up on my face. I was left hungry, without a pizza & also not knowing whether i got a refund or not. I had to call back and explain i wasnt cursing at her buf she didnt care. I guest she doesnt have friends who curse. Overall it was a terrible experience. I still came in a order pizza as if i was a different person and i shown kindness just to show her how badly she escalated the situation.
