I’ve never worked at a more basis Starbucks the amp of discrimination and harassment I’ve experienced here was insane and zack the SM is behind all of it. His go to is to smile as if he didn’t do anything wrong or hold anyone accountable besides me. He will get what he deserves ?karma doesn’t like ugly.

Zack, the Manager always greets me by name and knows how I like my chai tea to be made. He’s super knowledgeable about all of the drink products and offers up new suggestions. He looked into ingredients to make sure it wouldn’t be a trigger for my allergies. I appreciate him, his kind demeanor and his friendless. His customer service is on point.

I’m kind of obsessed with this location on a weekday morning. I go through the drive thru and I’m picking up my order in less than five minutes. Everyone is so nice and a genuine smile. Food is great etc. I love stopping by here.

Shocked and disappointed with what the drive-thru cashier did today! She just added 5$ tip on my 8$ order without letting me know! I think it is highly inappropriate!!!
