I was on a usual visit to my aunt when we decided finally to try out Eau Palm Beach for dinner. The experience exceeded all our expectations by miles. The property itself is gorgeous. It is grand, with grand service. Every single staffer on site was attentive, warm and intelligent. There was nothing fake about the hospitality - they truly cared. We had a perfect little dinner at their oceanside restaurant Breezes. We may go back tomorrow for dinner at their piano bar!

Guided by Lauren I made a wish for self care and floated it in the serene pool with other “wishes” from hopeful travelers. Lauren offered me a tour of the spa and gave insight to the relaxation that would soon follow. Nail specialists Rosa and Paula took care of my fingers and toes while touching my heart! Champagne and cupcakes were always in arms reach and tasty espresso too. I’ve been to several spas across the US and this place left me feeling lighter than air and burden free! From the first smiling face I encountered I felt at home.

Been at this property many times, but since the acquisition from Ritz Carleton I’ve been happy with the changes and beach club atmosphere (more aligned to what The Breakers) offers. Food is delicious, amenities plentiful, and staff attentive. It’s a luxury experience, after all… I personally find the rooms a bit kitch-y and not to my taste. But they certainly go all out on the nautical theme. I’m sure some love it. The beds are comfortable and the views decent, so that’s all I can really ask for of the room.

Great stay at the EAU service top notch as always no room upgrade despite a 6 night stay ( a girl can hope ) but pool, restaurant and valet staff super attentive, turndown time varied but such a nice touch to come back to - am service to the room also discreet and thorough lots of furry friends (dogs) staying there which we enjoyed . They are currently doing some updates to the outside of the hotel which was a bit noisy two of the days we were at the pool but we understand it is the time to do things considering it’s “slow” season- EAU is our go to hotel in the Palm Beach area

As travelers who stay at luxury hotels as our standard, this visit was below par. Check-in was okay; however, she repeated his responses when asking her questions, a bit off. Our room was upgraded to an ocean view with so few guests. that was nice. The workout room had decent equipment but needed fans to keep air circulating. The massages were high caliber although there was a courtesy walk through with an escort that spoke loudly in areas that had guests relaxing in quiet. Mattress was okay on the bed but not downy comfortable. Hospitality forgot to replace coffee pods, remedied with a phone call by me.

My family and another family, including our 4 children together recently returned from a 8 day trip to this resort. The hardest part of this review is where to start as every aspect was amazing. We stayed in a club lounge room which gave us access to the club lounge, that was always staffed by the most accommodating employees, philip, Myanar, barbara and kadijia. I am sure I am misspelling their names but they were all unforgettable. One night I asked Kadijia for a coke zero and she went out of her way to get it for me. I returned the next night unannounced to the club lounge and she had one waiting for me. I didnt ask for this she just knew I like to drink them and had made sure there was one for me when I arrived. I was blown away by this little gesture. Thats the type of service I received from the club lounge staff. The room is beautiful, immaculate and always clean, stocked with snacks, water, a good choice of liquor and a nice breakfast. Our room was an ocean view which I never tired looking at. The room was cleaned daily, modern and updated. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom is a nice size. Their are two pools, an adult only pool and a family pool, which is the one we used. The family pool is large , clean and beautiful, surrounded by the ocean and palm trees! The staff is always available and we rented a cabana which was a really nice addition. The pool side dining is nice and the food is very tasty from Breeze. The ocean is beautiful, water is clean and warm and the beach is very well kept. Their are two restaurants, Angle and Polpo, both are a must visit if you are staying at the hotel. We were so lucky to get to know the GM, Tim, while we were there, the most kind, caring man, who made sure all his hotel guests are well taken care of. I also met the assistant GM Tito who was very nice, Jaimie another manager was great, Joshua from concierge was always helpful. We had Kara as our waitress at the cabana who was amazing! On our last day we had Fernando who was super helpful as well. We used the kids club for our children a few times and they asked us to stay longer so I know they enjoyed it. Michelle who is in charge is sweet but no nonsense and I felt like they were in great hands with her. Their is also a small arcade which is fun. By the pool they have a pool table, foosball table and other outdoor games which the kids liked playing. Francisco is the hotel driver and was great as well. Overall, the hotel is beautiful but its the staff, starting with the leadership that make this place 5 stars. Its a must stay.

The staff & service made our visit great. It really deserves 4 stars at a 5 star resort but some things couldn’t be helped, like the construction noise and roped off areas to keep up their nice appearance. We waited far too long for our cabana check, it was escalated by our 4 year old melting down and we had a dinner reservation to get ready for. You could tell he was trying but something was up with the computer. Also waited longer than usual for lunch service, our server was distracted and we had a hangry 4 year old. What really made the experience worth it was kids club and setting up chairs looking at the ocean. That was a unique experience, the beach wall makes for a great experience being so close to the water but far off the ground. Our room service attendants were great and the food was really great everywhere. About 20 minutes away from central Palm Beach.

This place is incredible. The service was above excellent and far exceeded any expectation I might have had. The staff, every single one of them from the valet/doormen to the poolside servers, were absolutely courteous, polite, and genuinely happy. The place was very clean from top to bottom. The food at each of the 3 restaurants we ate was as good as it could get. Cannot wait to return!
TRULY THE BEST STAYCATION MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE BEEN ON. The moment we walked into the Eau we felt welcomed by every member of staff. My husband and I, as well as our pup all felt as if we were the only ones there, as they are so accommodating. It was a magical weekend at the Eau, we even got to experience the spa which was wonderful highly recommended getting a couples massage. Everyone at the Eau was so kind and generous our whole stay, from the beach crew and pool staff to the front desk and valet we left there already looking to when we can go back.

The Eau is amazing from the moment you walk thru the door with a five star staff that gives you undivided attention. ?One of the best things things there on fridays and Sunday is getting to listen to beautiful music by Arturo Romay. He is so talented and his music embraces your soul! The warm breezes and Arturo’s music is truly magical and fills you with so much joy . The place and Arturo’s music leaves you breathless !?Bravo !!

Went for lunch on a Sunday afternoon Nice way to enjoy an afternoon. We enjoyed the great view, lunch and enjoyed the entertainmet! Arturo was there playing his guitar while we had lunch. Great musician!

My best friend surprised me for my birthday here, and I must say the resort was beautiful and so accommodating from the moment we walked in. We had an ocean front suite with a private balcony that was to die for, housekeeping was top notch. Every food item I ordered was amazing here, from the restaurants to in room dining. We of course had a day at the spa which is top tier, they know what they're doing here, but for myself what stands out the most is the superb service and hospitality from the employees who work here, loved the recognition, acknowledgment and great service every day. I can not wait to stay again one day.

Beautiful property. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The pool is large enough that it never feels crowded and the service in the pool area was great. We ate at 3 different venues and each time we were extremely pleased. Highly recommended!
