This place is not open to the public!!! I could not find an entrance. This is ONLY FOR PEOPLE IN THE HOTEL. I walked down the whole beach to get here. They need to post on Google maps that they are not open to the public ASAP

Do not go here! Most of the day, the line is out the door, so go somewhere else unless you want to wait 20 minutes for mediocre coffee. The people who work there have a terrible attitude and give you the wrong things all the time. Not to mention the bagels taste like clothing

The worst thing about the hotel is the attention of Mrs. Liliana, she treated us very badly and she speaks Spanish and says she does not speak it and made fun of her co-workers, she treats Americans with a smile but treats us Latinos badly. Incredible all the hotel JW Marriot excellent treatment and this SRA ruins everything

Horrible experience I waited 30 min for 3 coffees and they kept messing my order up our food was very low quality and 10/10 do not recommend to any tourist.
RUDE STAFFS!!!why you don’t say hello or thank you to only me? Because am I only Asian? You all are very very rude and no smile only to me. You don’t deserve to ask the gratuity to my bill.If I give $0, you must blame me. haha!Only good thing is they serve illy coffee.
