Great bagels, place looks nice and simple. But holy heck can they hire more than 1 or 2 workers? Always slammed and have 1 person doing everything taking forever. Could increase sales and shortent wait times with a 2nd counter employee. As a business owner it's frustrating watching someone stay cheap to stop better productivity. Especially since the prices here aren't cheap.

I ordered online which was smooth. Grabbed my meal and drinks from take out location got back to condo and was missing $5 orange juice. Opened a dispute and heard nothing back. Seemed a little overpriced in my opinion for bagels and coffee.

Unfortunately, the owner has not hired enough staff to handle the amount of business this place does or could be doing. One employee preparing online orders while trying to handle 10+ customers in line. Where is the owner?Hire more help!!!!! Also, unless you have EXACT change, you can't use cash. They are out of most things. If you want a hot coffee, sure. Don't expect any other coffee style beverages. Whoever is running this joint is running it at minimal capacity.

I really want to just rate the service since we never had a chance to try the food. We waited in a long line as it crept along. I understand Marco is crowded this time of year and we would need to wait. We waited in line about 15 minutes then the person working in the back announced they were taking no more in store orders because they just received 3 online orders of 20 sandwiches each. So everyone waiting in line for a breakfast sandwich left. They should have filled the orders for those waiting in person. After those orders were filled they could have prepared the online orders. Really bad customer service.

I ordered three breakfast sandwiches and three coffees for breakfast this morning. The breakfast sandwiches all came soggy, and were not toasted like we had selected. Also, the avocado that I had received on one of my breakfast sandwiches was not ripe and was hard. This place is a tourist trap, please avoid!

We’ve been here a few times and the bagels/bagel sandwiches are good but order ahead as the line is massive. They are always out of multiple items (bagel flavors, cream cheese, orange juice and ice) which limits drink orders. The place itself feels dirty, tables aren’t clean, floor looks like a mess, counters and side bar need to be deep cleaned. The place has so much potential and looks inviting until you walk inside and feel gross. Allow 15-20 minutes to get a bagel due to the line and being under staffed.
This place did not have my order ready (two sandwiches and two bagels + one coffee) for more than an hour and half. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, not worth it at the end.
