Sushi, edamame was good. Vegan options available. When we checked in we were given two free drinks. When we requested them the waitress was no longer so friendly. Otherwise a good place.

Nice atmosphere and good food but why not have a host stand. The seat yourself is so annoying and stressful it makes me not want to come back. You're losing money by not having a host stand. When I walked in there were multiple tables with small groups sitting at them. Could have more customers sitting at once if a host was there to organize it. No one wants to have to fight for a table it's so strange.Dietary restrictions: All they use is gluten free soy sauce and were accommodating for other allergies

Beautiful setting but the service and food were horrible. This place needs a serious overhaul of its staff both front of house and back of house. The service levels are nowhere near what a JW Marriott calls for. Extremely disappointing.

This past week we came in to have sushi and a drink at Korals. Never again. The California Rolls were dry, the Yellowtail Sushi smelled very fishy and was terrible. The Red Dragon roll was ok. We had ordered a tequila on the rocks and a Tito’s cranberry when we ordered our sushi. The drinks came after we were done eating our sushi!!! The service and food was horrible for being apart of a JW Marriott. Our waitress Ivanna was very rude and not to just us, but others around us she was waiting on. She should have at least comped our drinks, Complete waste of money.

Super convenient right in the lobby of the JW. Lot of fun but a bit noisy with many families. The Marco Sushi with huge lobster pieces were excellent. Sushi and drinks after a day in the sun is a great ending to a great day.

Great opportunity to visit Korals while in town for a family holiday. To say that their Sushi is good is a supreme understatement. Some of the best I have had, around the world. The biggest detractor was the poor service and slowness of everything, including water-down drinks. The four of us dined on a variety of the sushi options, basically a table full of delectable options. Not incredibly busy for a Friday night but the waitress we had was hectic and fairly laissez-faire. Which meant slow drink orders, watered-down cocktails and never any water refills. Our sushi did come out correct, but it was not awesome for our attendant. JWM needs to think about their service degradation at a few places.

Very inconsistent service. I have been here four times in my stay at the JW Marriott. Twice I have had a great server. Twice I have had a lousy server who hasn't been familiar with the policy for a complimentary drink for Marriott Ambassador members and disappeared on me after I had received my order. Sushi is average and selections are very limited. Much better sushi down the street at Thai Sushi by KJ.

If you are on Marco Island Stop by the JW Marriot and try Korals Sushi. The food is great and the location at the Marriot is beautiful.

Korals is located inside the JW Marriott hotel right near the check-in area. At a glance, its open floor design is open, inviting you to come hang out to have a drink and a bite. Ordered a spicy salmon roll off menu. The server said no problem. Everything was great. A good place for a small bite.
