First I want to say that I really wanted the New Snook Inn to be good. I can give this , it was overwhelmingly busy so maybe not a good day to judge. The waitstaff is fine.Diana ordered a burger Medium rare and it was past medium and the brioche roll was in between a normal size and a slider.I got the chicken sandwich which was equally dressed and lack luster. Fries were typical Sysco coated fries. The salad bar was good and fresh, the best part of the meal.Maybe a visit for dinner is needed just to see improvement in the quality of food and presentation.I really wanted to love it and I am perplexed by the high praises from many. Maybe it was just too busy, kitchen just pumping as fast as they could to keep up but it was disappointing.This restaurant group has a good rep and I enjoy their other establishments. I will give them a second go in the future.No photos as it was not a great presentation.

Super nice casual place to eat and sit and drink. The fresh fish is excellent. The ceviche was excellent.With the fish entrees you also get the pretty decent salad bar.We ordered the snapper and the grouper entrees, grilled.Both were excellent. The snapper maybe a bit flakier.Again, not like a casino buffet but very nice. The bread was fresh and tasty.It’s very laid-back and simple. No need to get dressed up. They have a very large bar lots of tables and you can get a seat out by the windows by the peers which is very nice.The Mojitos, my girlfriend says, were the best she’s ever had. The pomegranate Mojito to be specific.There was also a fantastic reggae band.The young ladies at the front hostess station were also very friendly.A winner!

Best dinner and service we had dyeing our week long stay in the island. It was worth the wait, which wasn’t even that long. Plus there was plenty to keep us entertained while we waited! Watching dolphins and boats on the water from the observation deck, listening to music, and checking out the gift shop! Service and food were amazing!

This is a destination in Marco Island! Your trip to Marco must include this place. Food, atmosphere, and service is excellent. They have live entertainment that’s always enjoyable and the songs are upbeat and catchy. Most of the songs are ones every one of 30 should know. Be sure to bring your appetite! And don’t forget to visit the gift shop. You may arrive by car, bike, foot, or boat.

We arrived at Snook as a group of 4 at 5 o’clock on April 3rd and asked to be put on the list for outside diningWe were given a pager, and we were told it would be about an hourIn about an hour, our pager went off, we approached the hostess stand and they started leading us inside the restaurant and we said no we asked for outside dining and they said they had us marked for first available. We said no we want to be outside. They said they would have to take our name and put us back on the list and we would have to wait another hour to be outside.The owners of snook also own additional restaurants on Marco Island and this week we ate at three of their restaurants.We did not wait to be put back on the list. We understand people make mistakes, but we simply left because we felt like we’re not being treated fairly after a mistake was made. If we had been told that we would be given the next outside table available, we would’ve stayed becausewe felt like that would gave been the fair thing to do on the hostess’s part

Started out with 2 hr wait. Thankfully we got in after an hour! Amazing food! Only complaint was it was incredibly loud.Vas very impressed with the staff! They were quick and very clean! Also the girl working at the salad bar dropped a bunch of plates and about 6 staff members dropped what they were doing and helped pick them all up incredibly quickly!

I have been coming to Marco for 25 years.the Snook was my number 1 destination upon arrival. We waited for 1 hour and 40 minutes for a table at the Snook. Before my experience today, this was an acceptable part of the experience. I have to say that after today, I will never go back to the Snook again. The management was extremely unprofessional and judgmental. We were denied drink service because my husband spilled a cup full of ice. We were told we wouldn’t be served anymore. When we asked why, we were not given an answer. It ruined my experience and put a bad taste in my mouth. I came to Marco to unwind. This experience has done the opposite. I feel the management is inexperienced and unprofessional.

The white ceviche was great. Could have used a tad less salt. The homemade chips are really good. My grouper was a little fishy and kind of dry sadly.
