The girl told me it would be 40 minutes to get a drink in order to deter me from placing an order. I’ve been a Starbucks customer for 10 plus years and never once did something so rediculous be stated to me. Get new staff

Currently sitting inside this Starbucks and waiting for an iced green tea for over 40 minutes. I’m about to go stand in the growing refund line to get my money back because it is taking so long. They need to figure out a better system or tell you it is a 40 minute wait for a drink before you order it. If they had told us it would take that long we would have chosen to go somewhere else.

For the first time ever, I walked out and left without my coffee. The staff was so overwhelmed and they tried to be as positive as possible while trying to keep up with people yelling at them. There needs to be way more staff at this location during travel season. We went back almost an hour later and they still didn't have our order ready. An hour and 15 minutes later we received our order that clearly was made incorrectly.Honestly, Starbucks there needs to be a panic button for online ordering where if your employees are on a sinking ship they can save themselves!! I have never felt so bad for Starbucks employees in my life.

I gave them a rather large order and they completed it fast and very efficiently. The staff was very nice and cracked a joke with me while I waited. Very nice for a seven minute stop to get a quick caffeine fix from a long drive home.

They prioritize mobile orders and drive thru. I placed my order at 8:32am it's now 8:54am haven't gotten my order. Kept asking about my order was told "It's in queue" turns out the lady who took my order never even ringed it in. Very frustrating

This is by far the worst Starbucks I've ever been to, and that's not saying much the staff are so rude here and always mess up drinks, my dad ordered a white chocolate mocha and they burned the milk, it was so disgusting! I ordered the sweet cream cold brew and this one lady snapped at me that I have to ask for the cream on top of the drink! It literally comes on top of the drinks at other Starbucks locations I've been to, and I found the coffee to be acidic, the cream on top just looked gross. Either these people learn manners or get trained properly and professionally to make drinks and serve customers correctly, they act very dumbfounded here, my cold brew was also overflowing when they added the cream, another lady asked what was wrong with my drink, nothing was wrong with it, I just needed it wiped off from overflowing. It's sad this is the only Starbucks in this area and they have so many problems with getting orders made and they staff being nice to people. Not sure I'd come back here again, it's not like the drinks are cheap if you constantly mess up.
