“Casey did an outstanding job \\u0026 saved the day! 2 other tow companies had come out before Casey. The first guy was late, didn't have the right gear \\u0026 so 3 hours of the day were wasted. The 2nd guy didn't have the right gear either and wanted to drag my Cadillac DTS \\u0026 it's \\\"magnetic suspension\\\" over 100' up his trailer \\u0026 I'm glad I stopped him although it wasn't fun or easy to do. You would expect to be able to trust your car to the tow truck company but I could tell this guy was inexperienced and it wasn't going to cost him if he did unseen damage to my car! So he went away \\u0026 I gave it one more try \\u0026 that's when Casey showed up. He listened to my concerns \\u0026 agreed if he couldn't make it happen \\\"the right way\\\" it'd be better to come back tomorrow with another truck/gear to do it right. I was both impressed \\u0026 amazed as minutes later he had my Cadillac in neutral \\u0026 rolling freely into position.“
