By far THE worst experience in my entire life. 3 employees in the restaurant. Cashier leaned up against counter in her cell phone as we walked in and continued until we were ready to pay. Hand written sign on door states "cash only",Available items: unseasoned and extremely dried out chicken, turkey, watery mashed potatoes, gravy, mac and cheese, steamed mixed vegetables, dried out stuffing, overcooked black beans, rice.Clearly we should've walked out when we saw the disgusting display of dried out and stale food. The lack of appropriate service should've made us leave. Although we said we were eating in, we were served on Styrofoam plates. The food was disgusting and less than favorable.Boston Market HQ, you need to shut this place down before your brand is completely destroyed. The food is in your garbage can and you lost customers forever. We couldn't even stay to get our money back. The staff on shift tonight (Thursday, November 16, 2023 at 8pm)... all three of you..Shame on you!

The food was not good! The mashed potatoes were instant and the Mac n cheese was flavorless. The chicken was well cooked but no flavor. The only good tasting item on my plate was the cornbread.

Cash only drive through for the driest chicken I’ve had the misfortune of eating. Everything else had intense chemical flavors, the mac and cheese tasted like plastic. The other sides tasted equally processed, though a different chemical composition than the plastic noodles and cheese.Haven’t been to Boston Market in years and now I remember why. Food is even worse than I recall. The corn bread was the same though, dry and sheet cake energy.

Always out of everything. The drive thru never answered. Food was burned. The broccoli was over cooked and old. The franchisee needs to get control. The young lady left my credit card exposed while she prepared my meal. I took pictures. She also lied about saying they were OUT of brownies!! All the time OUT OF Everything!!!!

Just got home and literally threw out the whole meal. The chicken was dry, not seasoned. The bread was cold. The order was wrong too. This is the third time in a row with horrible Boston market food. Someone is just destroying this brand. Never again.

I love this location and Boston market itself. Great comfort food with large portions. Get there before 8pm and you'll be happy you did! Nothing beats their creamed spinach and sweet potato sides!

Chicken was just OK, they changed the Mac-n-cheese just as creamy not as cheesy.Used to love their hicken noodle soup so I got a large order of it to have for lunch the next day odd thing is had a bunch of green peas and corn in it. Toltally strange it was just ok also.

I came here to order a kids meal for my son before i picked him up from school and some fat men working at the window said its a kids meal your not a kid i ordered it anyway and my son couldn't eat the chicken he said it was hard anyway i had to throw it out. this place needs to shut down in fact it will shut down their sales are going to plummet as soon as chipotle opens up next door!! good riddance
