Came here with my boyfriend around 240am (03/29)and someone asked if they could take our order and we said we needed a few minutes. When we were ready they literally went quiet. We waited around 8-10 minutes and went around trying to be patient with grace. We went to the window and back around drive through speaker twice. Honestly hoped they went to the bathroom or something. Knocked on the window, honked. Honestly still felt it was so rude. This location has gone downhill and it saddens me. Please do better.

Catherine Thorpe customer service is top-tier. Honestly, how she treats BK and its customers, you would think she was an owner of BK. She is very professional, kind, cheerful, and manages very well. Unfortunately, that isn’t something you do not normally get a Burger King. I am still shocked that BK has this hidden gem. Thank you Catherine!!!

Beyond horrible customer service. Don’t try to ruin the next person’s day with your horrible attitude, slick comments and heavy sighing over the speaker just because you’re in a pissy mood .. If you don’t like your job, then quit. Simple.

Staff openly rude and confrontational for no reason old white lady & young black lady mgr supported her all that only asking about specials whew life's to short. Left & ordered $60.00 of food at Denny's next door!
Arrived at 6:05 am. Menu board was set up for breakfast. Left monitor had breakfast sandwiches middle screen had meal 9 as whopper meal 10 was a chicken sandwich. Was told they don't serve those until lunch. Change the menu board then.

Arle told me and my friend told us to leave because we're standing instead of sitting in a booth we were just getting drinks from the fountain she was also towards us and changed the price of our food three times even though we didn't order anything elseWhen we ordered our ice cream they said it was $1.07 for two ice cream cones one with chocolate drizzle. They gave us two ice plain ice creams with no chocolate drizzle on either one. I said that one of them had chocolate drizzle. She turned around and went back. She came back with still a plain cone. She told us that it cost another dollar for chocolate drizzle even though she said, it only cost us a dollar, when we got ice cream, it tasted like tar oil. me personally, I felt a little bit harassed she kept charging us an extra cent time we came in trying to get ice cream

Please make sure you check your order before leaving. 9 out of 10 times your sandwich will be fix wrong. And your order will always be missing something.

This is the BEST BK I've ever visited. Quick service. Flavorful breakfast foods. Plus the BEST customer experience using the app & drive-thru. I order before leaving my home, pull up, give my name, and my order is always perfect. I usually order the $9.99 deal for two brkfst sandwiches, 2 small hashbrowns, & 2 small coffees. I ask to combine the coffees into 1 larger cup since my daughter doesn't drink it. The server knows me so well, she automatically puts both coffees into a large cup. I don't even have to ask anymore.Visiting this BK is like visiting a friend who knows all your favorite things.Thank you, BK!
