*BEWARE CUSTOMERS* Saw this company on their website after a local search. Cakes look elaborated and figured the cake I had in mind was am easy order. 1. I gave a description in email request for a Sailor moon cake design, I even included picture after they asked me to! No, problem they said. This cake was at best easy to make for any skilled baker. 2.Filled out the form for a Sailor moon design cake, Raspberry filling, half chocolate, half vanilla cake, buttercream icing. 3. Celebrity Cakes gave us a price and asked us to Zelle $200 to pay for the cake! 4.Requested cake for Sunday Dec 18th. No problem they tells us but, made us aware they were doing a wedding the same day so please make sure to show up on time. No problem we're 10 mins early and there is no one in site. Ok, we waited and after 40 mins someone shows up. 5. We get the cake as to only a few features on the decorations where correct. Very disappointed now. 6. Dec 19th the night of my twins 13th Birthday party. We cut into the cake and It's all vanilla, not one layer is chocolate like requested and the filling is so small it's like if you scrap a light coat of butter on toast. Now I'm steaming mad because they screwed up, my twins were so upset, and the cost of it, as they boast on their website how they do all these elaborated cakes. 7. Sent them a text explaining the order was wrong and this was not acceptable that we should at least get 1/2 the money back due to their error. Their reply was : Hello, good afternoon, I'm very sorry they didn't add the chocolate , employees don't really pay attention to their work, Hard to trust! Thank you for let me know, and very sorry again, I'll give you a free chocolate cake to feed 10 people, any time Let us know Thanks , and sorry again 8. Few days pass and we decided to send a Zelle request to them for a partial refund ....Wait for it... Radio Silence! 9. Lesson here folks is don't pay any baker with Zelle even if they say this is the only way they will make your cake order, do yourself a favor and pass. Because in their error you are the one who gets screwed over as we did for $200! 10. For us this experience has left a very bad taste in our mouths and for this we're leaving them with a one star as there is no way to leave them zero stars!

We are so happy that we found Celebrity Cakes. Response time is great. Price for the cake that we wanted was perfect. Best of all, they were able to make the cake of my daughter's dreams! Sorry to say but I was terribly disappointed in the sheet cake I bought for $160.00 for my Great Granddaughters Baby Shower. I had ordered Strawberry and Vanilla filling, there was hardly any filling at all. I could not taste the filling at all. My guests were so anxiously waiting to taste the cake as I told them it was a cake boss winners cake. Nobody was impressed. Of corse they did not say until I asked. Would not recommend them.

This place gave me a very bad time I was trying to order a cake for my brother on his birthday and with him in the room the lady has a down mean tone talking to me and then hangs up on me. Very poor verbal skills and will not call again.

So I placed what I would consider a last minute order, ordered a cake on thursday needed it by tuesday. It wasn't a simple sheet cake. It was a custom Star Wars cake, a kind of complicated design. let me say they most definitely delivered. the cake was amazing the design was impeccable, it was absolutely perfect. I can't even begin to describe how thankful I am. This is the first cake I've ordered in Florida and this will absolutely be my go to place.

They took my cake order 2 days before on a Sunday afternoon when they were technically closed and made it happen for my beautiful 15-yr old! They had the cake ready 30 minutes before. They are super friendly and even added some candles. The cake and macarons atop were beautiful! My daughter was super happy!!! The cake gorgeous! My only pet peeve was the cake itself...it seemed like Publix cake...being Hispanic, I'm very picky about my homemade cake....it just didn't taste homemade; it tasted like it was mass produced cake. The fondant was great, every thing else was great and don't get me wrong if you like Publix cake, no problem..it was fresh just didn't have that specialty cake taste as far as the actual torte (la torta).

The owner designed the cake to fit in with my theme and color purple. Not only was the cake itself delicious but my guests were so impressed. They told me it looked so perfect they couldn't believe it was real! Got so many compliments. I loved the ombre fondant, the bling and the quilted layer. She had so many ideas and really took time to explain and guide me with many pictures. She suggested placing our initials on the cake and I am so glad she did. Very pleasant family owned and run business. We even got to taste a few flavors before we chose. Couldn't ask for a better experience or more perfect cake. Thank you Janeth for making my dream cake!!!
