I come to this Dunkin' several times a week. Depending on who is working, depends on how your experience/ coffee will come out.Diamond, is absolutely wonderful. She is a pleasure to see every single time. That woman deserves a raise.Some of the other employees seem as though they could really care less...You should really consider teaching them proper customer service skills. Yesterday my iced coffee was watery.But normally , it's pretty good at this location!
I get it, this location is not in Boca or Parkland so there isn’t really a clientele for Iced Refreshers. But to be out of the drink almost daily doesn’t make any sense to me. It’s mostly frustrating when I place an online order and when I arrive I’m not only told that the drink I ordered isn’t available but also that I would still be charged for it.

Whats the deal with the little 0ld lady there? Went inside for a few donuts, one had a black spot on it so I didn't want that one simple enough right? Guess not because as she is handing me the box she's giving me some nasty look. I didn't want to hold up the line but I was very close to asking for a refund right then and there. Guess that explains why she's where she's at later in life.
