I recently picked up some takeout from Golden Jade Chinese Restaurant and overall, I was pretty happy with my experience. The cashier was patient and very helpful with me. I ordered the honey garlic chicken combination, which came with wonton soup and pork fried rice. The chicken was fried and the sauce was on the side, which I thought was a nice touch. The combination menu is the best deal for one person? ? You can customized your meal for a small charge, like extra hot oil, veggies, or meats. I go here often enough that the lovely lady knows what my family wants ?

I gave 3 stars because the prices for the food is reasonable and the customer service is great; however, the soups aren't. The lady at the front counter was nice enough to let me sample the hot & sour soup which was not to my liking, so I figured since egg drop soup is a staple on the menu at Chinese restaurants, I can't go wrong with that. I was wrong. It tastes like water.
